Felt a little unsafe at night due to various individual men loitering in Lobby and out front;and no Lobby attendant in sight. Early in the AM multiple police cars were at the hotel and remained there for quite some time. Not sure what was going on.

The room had a horrible smell . No solution for the problem wad offered. Asked for a different room but no luck . I would never stay at this hotel again

Walls are paper thin. Stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear conversations outside, heard every car passing on the main road and especially cars in the parking lot. Don't expect a good night's rest.

Well first it all started on the 10th of February which I tried to book it online through hotels.com which it did not work then I tried to call hotels.com and they still couldn't get it to go through whichever told me my card will not work which I don't understand why I had no problem with my card my card was fine had money on it and so on and so I wanted to book it from February 17th to February 18th which would be Saturday to Sunday which mean I would have to check in today. But thenhotels.com tells me that I have to download Expedia so I did and then I was able to get it to book it through online which hotels.com gave me a $75 voucher and then which I only had to pay the difference at the hotel which the hotel was Holiday Inn and Suites in New Port Richey and the difference was $39 plus tax which I paid that already it took it out of my bank account and everything but it is saying that it is from the 10th to the 11th which that is not the dates that I wanted so I never got to check in or go so I paid with cash and wasted my voucher for last weekend and I needed to be this weekend so I need that fixed I don't understand I always go through hotels.com I don't understand what's going on but I'm going to have to start going to do somebody else if you guys don't fix this and my name is Samantha Bedwell and my phone number is 317-992-5199 I hope you guys fix this ASAP please I would like to check in today cuz that's what I need the day to be I already paid for it I never checked in last weekend so I need this fixed as soon as possible please and thank you have a good day

Basically perfect
Amazing stay, wonderful check in. Ashley was so sweet and offered us fresh baked cookies! Room was very clean, extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we've seen. 100 percent would stay again.

I loved everything about our stay. Odea check us in and provided excellent customer service. She also recommended an excellent waterfront seafood restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are several restaurants nearby. Great hot breakfast. Awesome stay!

Overall it was great. Had a woman with a support dog barking at guests scaring one lady. Was supposed to get a handicap room which we thought would have a walk in shower and they had one but we would have to pay 20.00 more a night. Food was great. Staff was great.price was great. Looking for condo for Jan. And feb.

Property was very nice. The handicapped room was at the very far end of the hall and had a tub not shower. The dispensers were on the back wall behind the person if he sat downPn stool.

The room was clean, but I’m not sure the AC was not having issues… It was so so loud every time it came on that we had to turn the TV up but then it was too loud when the AC shut off. Just annoying. And it was difficult to find an icemaker that actually worked.
