Convenient location to Weeki Wachi Springs, friendly staff, checking in and out was a breeze, quiet and safe in common areas and pool was clean and fun. Everything was positive hotel is older so stuff is a bit outdated but was clean for the most part. Had to get something out of our vehicle in the evening and a sketchy person was walking around the parking lot asking for a lighter. But felt safe with the common areas and during the day.

Bugs came out of the faucet. Sign in lobby was first time notified the hotel has no hot water. The floor was filthy and sticky. I put on socks and they turned black from walking. Hotel was in disrepair. Tub wouldn’t drain. The sheets had a sweat smell to them. The hotel was gross.

Bedding and towels were fine. No frills. Bar soap and nothing more. Floors turned our feet black from dirt. I knew it was a budget hotel but I was less than impressed.

No hot water, did no tell us until we arrived and it was too late to move, pool out of operation also and again we were not informed. Ice maker was not working. Overflowing trash cans, cigarette butts all over. A complete disgrace of a hotel!!

We didn't have hot water for 4 days. They acted like it was nothing. We were told we would get $50 knocked off our bill. Haven't heard or heard anything about it.

This was the okayist motel/hotel I’ve stayed in over the past 30 years. No amenities, pool and hot tub were closed. Hot water heater exploded after out first night and we had to change rooms to a much less comfortable room and harder beds. The staff was nice and helpful but obviously very aware with what they were dealing with. This motel used to be a resort hotel with live music and shows plus a lounge with food and a bar. Motel 6 has let that all go by the waste side and it’s side

Gross dirty hair in the sink .sink waters runs all night dirty floor and beds tv barley worked towels are hard and smelly in safe parking in the back lots of homeless people in the back hanging near the wooded area.

I have learned that in Florida staying in any Motel vs Hotel to expect to stay with subsidized guest that are living there not vacationing. People doing major repairs on their vehicles in the parking lots. People just hanging around all day. The big give away is always trash cans overfilling with pizza boxes. Plus they allow pets, so you have the cat ladies, and your room is full of cat dander.

I don't know if the party above or beside us was on a tear, but they woke me up at 3:30 they were so loud! And bare bones! Holy cow! No hairdryer, no fridge, no nothing!

This was the second time I’ve stayed here and both times I’ve had a good expierence:) it’s clean and quiet the only problem was that our sink didn’t have running water.

Ive stayed here several times, always clean. Responsive when I've asked for more pillows. This ti.e around there was no breakfast options but there has been in the past. Only coffee, but no cup lids, nothing to stir the coffee so left without.

The outside needs major touch ups, when i pulled the blanket off the bed, my son found a long hair on the sheets. There was no microwave or mini fridge.
