booked this to visit family, affordable price but you are getting what you paid for. it is somewhat dated but based on other reviews they are slowly updating it. this is perfect if you are traveling i75 and exhausted needing somewhere to sleep. there is not much to do but it serves the purpose for a roof over your head while youre traveling. excellent customer service.

Property was in poor shape. Dirty, carpeting, chair and ottoman. Ottoman was worn foam was coming out of two corners. Shower ceiling was peeling, light switch was grungy snd dirty. Dent/scratched interior door. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the paint peeling off entertainment center. Frame on bathroom mirror was in need of repair. Lots of rather loud highway noise all night. Highlight was check-in. Marilyn checked us in and could not have been more efficient or friendly. She is a gem! Would not stay here again.

Overall property could use modern updates. Great for travelers needing a place to sleep. Pool was the highlight of my stay. It was 8ft at the highest and clean. Great patio chars and and kid pool to kept small children busy. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

The front desk people were great checking in. The room was comfortable and I appreciate the security the front desk person provided for me because I was by myself. Bed was comfortable and good heat and AC. I have stayed here before and really like this hotel!

This property was a nice option for the price and its convenient location just off of I-75 was great. It’s fairly dated but adequate for an overnight. The front desk clerk was very friendly upon check in.

Checkin took about 20 minutes because of the number of people checkig in, only one person at the desk, and a slow process. I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought I should write this one to help other people make their decision whether they’d like to stay here or not. Me and my husband only stayed here for 2 nights, but I was shocked about the state of our hotel room. Without getting into too much detail because I feel like I can write a lot lolol, the room we stayed in was just dirty. Multiple stains on the bed sheets and pillows, cigarette burns on the blanket, stain even on the lamp, multiple roaches, bed bugs, and low water pressure in both the sink and shower. We have pictures too of all these things described (except for the bed bugs because they were too fast for us to capture) and will be posting them in another review. Hope this helps! And to the owner of the hotel, I understand that this facility is old, but it would be worth putting in a little more effort to keep the rooms clean so that visitors can have a pleasant stay. The positive thing and the stay was that everyone was nice and helpful. Best of luck!

If you like mold you found your place.
There is mold in the sink area and the water pressure was lacking. I was exhausted when I arrived showered and went to sleep. The bed was super uncomfortable very bouncy and you felt every move made in bed. I woke up Friday morning to my nose stopped up tons of congestion (I take an allergy pill everyday) I walk into the sink area and find the mold. Take some more allergy medicine gather my stuff to leave and the morning person was super rude, and acted like our business didn’t matter. They also charge anywhere from $50-$100.00 for an incidental hold.

There were baby roaches crawling around as soon as I walked into the room. In the mornings someone was beating on the door at 10 am even though I had a noon checkout. They did not speak any English. When asked for help working the coffee pot in the room my father could not find anyone who spoke English to help him. I was quite disappointed how bad this place has gotten.

We arrived on Saturday at the normal check in time we were given a room all the way in the back of the property where it seemed to be that's where the management staff had been putting all its residents.. That night which was the Saturday we checked in from driving all day we were kept up until 4 AM from noise from Spanish people blasting their music and screaming in the parking lot because they were drinking, The next incident was cars racing in-and-out of the parking area behind the building, Then there was 2 black ladies walking around talking loudly into their phone via speaker phone and walking up-and-down the hallways And the final thing was the condition of the room it was filthy dirty there was a hole in the wall next to the bed a puddle of vomit that had been all dried up and hard as a rock, The floors were filthy dirty I ruined a pair of brand new socks and my cat that traveled with us killed 2 very large palmetto bugs, the bathroom smelled like urine, and also The front door did not seal and did not have weather seal on the bottom of the door it rained that evening very hard and the sidewalk outside the door was flooding and the water came in the door my Family member and I took care of the water coming in the door And did not report it because I'm not a complainer unless the conditions are disgusting and they were.. I took pictures that I showed friends Who also work for state emergency management here in Florida ..

Decent hotel. Overpriced for the quality, but it was a last minute booking on a Saturday night in FL. Bed was so so, pillows were better than hotel average.
