I could hear the alarm clock in the next room keep going off and had to be shut off by front desk.

Good creature comforts

Had an over all pleasant stay. Comfy bed great pillows bedding was good but comforter was dated and worn. Had a nice shower head and tub drained as should. The toilet on the other hand bearly did. Breakfast was what you'd expect for free. No bacon but good sausage patties and make your own waffles. Rest of food was bland as was coffee and juices.

While my bathroom was being renovated I thought it would be best to stay at a hotel. Check in was very quick as I had prepaid when I booked. The room was a nice size and for the most part it was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of an odor, a large stain on the ottoman and a rip in the curtain. In general, the staff made up for the flaws with their kindness and friendly attitudes. The person in charge of the breakfast area truly takes pride in her job and making sure all the guests are taken care of. There was quite a bit of road noise so maybe ask for a room in the back. I finally turned on the air conditioner to mask the sound. Unfortunately, although the staff were wonderful, I didn't find it to be a relaxing stay.

Bad decision

Very bad odor coming from air/heat unit, so I had to turn it off and suffer the cold. Not sure if the many dead insects were the reason or not, but they were in plain view in the unit. Not so clean nor inviting were the room and bathroom, either. Breakfast offerings were minimal. Certainly not worth the cost of staying there.

Good Value

Our two day stay was well worth the cost of the room. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. There was enough breakfast chooses and staff on hand to keep buffet clean and full. Dining was in an adjacent room which gave everyone a bigger area to move around in. Next time I am in the area I will stay again.
