It was family friendly for sure. The main building has an arcade and consoles available for play. There is an indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools. They manage the property well. I had an issue where someone backed into my car and they were able to help me out and were very nice in how they handled the situation. If you can, during your reservation get a building/room near the front of the property so you can walk to the pools. The 30s, you will have to drive. Beautiful setting in Colonial Williamsburg - if you are fairly mobile, this is great spot within the Colonial area so you can walkl everywhere. The spa gym building is separate but it is a pretty walk behind the sister hotel Williamsburg Inn where you check inn. The place itself was a good sized room and we slept 5 of us for this last minute stay and we normally get separate roomed suites, but this worked fine and was more budget friendly. The room itself was not super modernly updated, but it was fine, big, quiet, and peaceful. Great job!

The splash pad was awesome. The one staff guy at the pool worked so hard. He was trying his best to keep kids from going head first down the water slide & not going up the slide the wrong way PLUS being in charge of the towel check out. His hands were full. Also someone had a fire over in the grilling area and a guy from the staff came out of nowhere and quickly put it out. Check out was the worst part of our stay.

Always a 10/10! Beautiful property! The hotel is gorgeous, the pool is lovely, and staff are friendly and helpful! So many places to sit quietly and relax! Also, the wine and restaurant are next door!

This was a great place for my family of 4 to stay for a weekend at Busch Gardens. The grounds were well kept and a lot of activities for small children including the pool, splash pad, and putt putt. Also, well stocked continental breakfast and clean rooms! We’ll definitely be staying here again!
