“Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.”

“My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.”

“This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out……

“The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation ”

“A nice basic hotel. Breakfast was fine, small buffet style. Rooms are small, luggage placement lacking. Bed was very hard and had a pothole in it. Pillow was like bag of cement. Fairly good location if you are walking. Tour operators could never seem to pick us up there-they said because of street-super irritating because they could pick up at other hotels. Neighborhood a little sketchy-had a mattress sleeper right outside entrance 3nights.”

“Great hotel with staff that was very willing to help hold luggage for us when we checked in and out They also had a sitting area w couches if u needed a quiet place to relax before or after checkout.”

“It was a cute stay but not a five star. The rooftop pools are tiny and more like a dipping small pool. There are no drinks or food there. Also our room was in a completely seperate building across the hotel main lobby. Felt more like an Airbnb than a luxury hotel .”

“Great location to all the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Very loud hotel though… could use some light touch ups to cosmetic wear and tear. Over all it was an okay stay. I don’t think I would book again.”
