“Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.”

“Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations……

“The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation ”

“It is at the best location in Barcelona. Lot of tourist spots are walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and cafe and bar. Relative small but consider the location, you still feel worth the price.”

“Great location, rooms and hotel furnishings were excellent, very comfortable bed and pillows, I slept very well and the room was quiet. The room was also cleaned everyday and topped up with water, coffee/tea and the staff were extremely helpful, professional and greeted me everyday with a big smile. The best hotel experience i've had in a long while. High recommended, I will be back.”
