Nice facility. Everything was very clean and nice. The room did not have any type of closet, just a bar to pull out and hang things on. Nice having a large sofa area and a desk. The bathroom was big but had very little room to hang up towels. Breakfast was typical of most hotels but it was the same thing every day. The second day we were there some of our hot food was almost cold, don't know why. Our last day they ran out of things by 7am, and we had to wait a bit. Staff was very helpful and nice. No stair option from the main lobby to get to our room, had to take the elevator. If using the stairs it took us outside.

We had a nice stay but we did find two used robes in the closet of our suite. So someone forgot to remove them from previous guests. Also we were not supplied with any coffee pods or mugs for our coffee maker. Just two water bottles. We called and requested coffee and mugs in the morning, but didn’t receive them before checkout. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we called about the coffee. And some of us were offered champagne at checkout while some of us weren’t. The valet staff was very friendly and attentive so we appreciated that.

The property is an excellent location with great views of the lake. The maintenance is only OK. If you point out deficiencies, they get handled but some should have been addressed by the maintenance staff. The coffee shop sells breakfast sandwiches but the microwave was broken so they suggested we look for a microwave elsewhere on the property. The toilet seat in the guest room bathroom was so worn, the finish was gone. It was replaced at our request but I felt the facility should have replaced it without being asked.
