Staff at check-in was great! However, the room was so so with a door that had gaps at the side and bottom that let the smoke in from people smoking outside their rooms. The dog in the room next door kept barking and was so loud it sounded like he was in my room. Towels were thin--it was a cheaper hotel and it showed.

Tire place had large yellow stains on the comforters and one comforter. Also had pink stains on it. There was some kind of residue of dirt refrigerator. Parking lot Q-tips, dental flossers and garbage bags all over the place the pool is covered up or healthy condition.

Red Roof in is an average property. I typically look for a clean, safe property with comfortable beds. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and I felt pretty safe except my door was dented in at the bottom so it didn’t close completely towards the bottom. It looked like someone had tried to kick it in so that made me a little uncomfortable. Also every night of my stay there was someone yelling outside for a good portion of the night which made it difficult to sleep. Lastly, on my first day there I put a $50 tip in the envelope for housekeeping and just asked that they leave a couple extra washcloths each day. I like to keep my face clean due to the humidity in Georgia. They took the money but never gave me additional wash cloths as I requested. In short if you just want clean and a comfortable bed they do that well.

Overall is good. It is the hot water is a bit insufficient during evening. Suspect lots of people are using it in the same time, like showering.

The woman at the front desk was lovey and helpful. The room was dirty; I could not use the towels as they had someone’s hair on them. The bedsheets also had hair on them and were stained. Very minimal amenities.

The room was clean they were in the middle of remolding the lobby only thing I didn’t like is the tub was old and water didn’t go out like it should plus the door was a little hard to close

I was traveling on a motorcycle and my room was on the opposite side of the building from the available parking. I asked about getting another room so I could be on the same side near where my bike was parked. This wasn't possible, but the staff offered to let me park it right next to the office, under a covered area that was also under video surveillance. They didn't have to do this but they graciously did and it was very much appreciated! Great job!!
