Beautiful city. Beautiful old exterior building. The rooms were dated but not old old, more 90s dated. Staff was friendly but limited English. Parking was not close but understandable.
The location is perfect value for staying in Orvieto. Friendly service. Clean comfortable rooms. The only thing I didn't understand is that there was no breakfast this time. Last time we stayed there (albeit it was in the summer and there was a full house) there was a wonderful spread of food every ...
Spectacular mattress for an amazing night of sleep. Hostess was lovely - had a few questions but she returned to the property in the evening to sort them out. Beautiful big room space, great breakfast! Little tricky to find on google maps - it's not the property indicated, but continue down the alley ...
The location was so convenient to walk around Orvieto. Giacomo left us with a basic equipped kitchenette where we could heat up food etc . This meant we didn’t have to eat out every meal. He was kind enough To give us a lift from and to the train station. Nice fluffy bath towels too and bath essentials ...
there was a lovely family atmosphere to our stay and my wife thoroughly enjoyed petting the dogs
Very clean. Friendly and efficient. 24 hr service.
This hotel was in a great location in a lovely hill town. The rooms are comfortable and have everything needed. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods. The staff/owners were very helpful as well.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Not fancy and modern but really a sweet place. Can’t beat the location.
The property is inside the town so once the car is parked you can travel by foot. It is clean and neat, and we had a beautiful view of the valley. Breakfast was just what we wanted. An English speaking receptionist was very helpful in getting us to the parking lot and up several outside staircases ...
