Hotel at M25 services

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: It has the M25 services which provide fast food outlets and shops.
Cons: Room was poorly ventilated with no temperature control. Very noisy fan in bathroom.
Location: Access into Bristol takes 15 minutes.
There is a convenience factor for travellers, but the facility is tired and needs renovation.

Comfy beds and polite staff

Posted Aug 9, 2015
Stayed in a family room. Beds were very comfortable. Room could have done with a better vacuuming and the toilet seat was wonky but apart from that all was fine and the bathroom was very clean. Quiet too. Reception staff were v friendly and polite. Breakfast was nice too! Good value for money.

Awful, grubby & dated

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Stopped here for one night with my husband & 2 young children for a stop over. We arrived at 9pm and the receptionist was very nice however we were put in a smoking room on a smoking corridor & it stunk. I didn't actually think that you were allowed to smoke in hotels. The bedroom was filthy, sticky carpet, paper thin pillows. I could not sleep due to the smell & left at 6am the following morning without showering as we could not wait to leave. Second awful experience with days inn. Never again

Not what we booked

Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: Inexpensive, convenient just off motorway for travellers doing an overnight stop
Cons: Strong smell of smoke in corridor, very noisy at night--would recommend asking for a room to the back
Location: Just off motorway--was a bit hard to find the entrance and parking--not very well signposted; would not recommend for more than one night stay
We had reserved a room with 2 double beds. When we arrived we were told that in fact it did not have 2 double beds but only 1 double bed and a sofa bed. Staff claimed this was the fault of Expedia and to be fair would have switched us if there was another room available. Not sure who was at fault but we did not get what we had been promised!

confortevole

Stanza confortevole e pulita. Silenzioso nonostante sia in un'area di servizio. Starbucks vicino dove fare colazione. Auto indispensabile per muoversi.
