“In reality it’s an old building. It’s hot and the ACs are typical room style units. Only one was functional due to one of the rooms in 1207 that the room’s air is connected to the rest of the unit that is not temperature controlled. Not a hard fix, some dry wall above the door of the second room could keep the temperature in that room. Also, you could insulate the shutters with glass to keep the air in the rooms and mosquitoes out. While it’s not a bad place and about a 1k investment could solve……

“My family and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. It is a great location, close to the beach, pharmacy, bakery, and convenience store all within walking distance.”

“Esta propiedad fue una perfección para lo que buscábamos. Solo necesitábamos un lugar para quedarnos más cerquita del área de la boda que asistimos. Se sintió como una habitación de hotel con cocinita. Todo remodelado, cómodo y limpio. Súper agradable, nos encantó más de lo que vimos en las fotos. Lo recomiendo 100%.”

“Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior.”
