"Cleaning staff was up and at it early. I was hoping to sleep in a bit but they were making a lot of noise and I couldn’t get back to sleep. As I was leaving a cleaning staff member asked me you leaving now, to get into the room. Not how was your stay. I chose this particular hotel because I had a medical emergency on a flight into Portland and had to go to the ER after I landed. I got in late and was hoping to rest and check out was advertised as noon instead of 11. I needed some extra sleep before I could make a two and a half hour drive home. But the slamming of doors and giggling and talking by cleaning staff made that impossible. I expected some noises early in the Am and had ear plugs. But there didn’t seem to be consideration for guests who actually checked out late. "

"The room was great in terms of its size, but it could have been a bit cleaner - the glass topped coffee table had a lot of crumbs trapped between the glass and the metal edge which wasn't the best look."

"Very good location, upscale property, good size room and bath. If you don’t want valet parking there is a parking garage down the street. I had a very tasty breakfast in the Bistro in the hotel. I would recommend it. We also stayed here in 2019, it is still a great place to stay."
