"I enjoyed staying here so much so that, during my most recent vacation, I had a few days that we weren't sure where in the city we'd like to fill time, so we came back to this hotel for a second time in a week. From the moment you step into the lobby, the sound of pleasant jazz on the speakers and the exceptional front desk staff makes you feel so welcomed. On both visits we were able to check into our room early, got some chocolate chip cookies like at a DoubleTree, and there are washing machines and dryers on site. The pool here looks really nice for the summer months, too. And public transit nearby is so helpful and reliable. Overall just 5/5 all around!"

"Every staff member I interacted with was so nice and helpful. The suites are roomy and in good condition. Clean, quiet and well-stocked. But again, what most stood out was the quality of service. Sending thanks to the front desk, the restaurant and bar staff (we visited all three!), shuttle drivers and everyone else at the hotel. You were all so nice, friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure we had all we needed. "

"We stayed one night. We are from the Tri Cities and took our girls to the Arctic Monkey's concert. The hotel was easy to find, parking was close, and the hotel itself was very clean and nice. The staff was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
