Smallish rooms in suite but clean and confortable. About 100 yards to water...close. Got there too late in season for pool but it looked inviting also. Everything worked, was modern and the shower could double as a sandblaster with plenty of hot h2o. Lives up to ratings. NIce people.
Need some renovations. But overall it was nice and confortable. Near everything you need to go. Then you don't have to paid for parking. if you want to go at old orchard beach for relaxing in the room it is not the best place to go.
Nice quiet inn close to beach and Maine coastline. Easy drive to Portland, etc.
Very big room with only double beds in the rooms. The beds were really soft and only a sheet and thin blanket were provided. The room was clean. The bathroom has no fan when showering so the room would get steamed up. We had walked on the beach and brought in some sand and this was not cleaned up ...
We spent 4 days at Edgewater Motel for a recent visit to Maine. The staff was very accommodating, guiding us every night to a wonderful restaurant. The beach is just a short walk. The room was large and decorated nicely. Great place to stay and we would certainly stay again if we are ever in Old ...
Awesome view of the beach from the chairs outside your door. Right on the beach. Indoor pool which is nice if weather is bad or cooler. Room was comfortable overall. Everything was very clean. The only complaint is that parking is across the street and with smaller children this was a challenge but ...
Enjoyed it very much will be going back. Beach is a 2 minute walk and can see the beach from the room. Lot's of place to eat within 10 minute walk and less. Lot's of shop.s also
nice room with great stained knotty pine trim, comfortable bed with a small kitchenette , love seat and chair. nice view of the beach with some very wonderful sunrise views from the bed or balcony ,
Nothing fancy but exactly what we were looking for. Close to the beach. Clean.
We loved our stay. Wonderful rooms. Walking distance to the Pier, restaurants, etc. We would definitely return.
Stayed here for the Christmas Prelude. 10 minute walk to the shuttle which took you to downtown Kennebunkport. Returned around 8:00 p.m. to check in, with no hassle. The breakfast the next morning was terriffic. The front desk staff couldn't of been nicer! Will return!!!
It was good I would stay here again. It was close to everything enjoy the sights . The people were very helpful .
I guess we really didn't know what to expect. I thought we would have some sort of view of the ocean, but that entailed a short walk of a block or two. Well worth the walk! The second surprise was that our room was on the third floor and the only way to get there was by using the stairs. Staff offered ...
Excellent, quiet, clean hotel. Staff very nice. A little bit far from the action (10 minutes walk)
We enjoyed our 2 night weekend stay. The location is a few miles away from the main Kennebunkport area, so it provided a peaceful retreat. Very nice grounds and ample outdoor seating for relaxing. Morning buffet was small and simple but adequate for us. Freshly baked blueberry scones were a nice ...
