The overall property is brand new and under construction the property has Security male and female that are in a vehicle and periodically drive-through as far as continental breakfasts work, you must get there early. And as far as the drug epidemic is concerned, there are bumps in the neighborhood, but not on the property. I like that my hotel had a full size, refrigerator and place to cook.

It is going to be beautiful once the renovations are done. I was aware there was construction happening and still went and was still able to sleep. Was disappointed about breakfast, not going to lie. I had called two days prior to ask what kind of breakfast they had and was told they had a full breakfast and the day I got there I was told breakfast was now grab and go. I even mentioned that I had called and the girl said it had just started that day. Did not like that at all.

The hotel is in declining condition, but they are working on renovation. Staff work hard to make guests happy. Many sketchy people lurking - the neighborhood is like a scene from the Walking Dead.

I am glad you noticed that we are currently under remodeling the whole hotel at this time. We are excited for the new hotel experience we will have soon. Unfortuantly we have a huge homeless issue all over in the Portland area. We do staff security throughout the day to ensure guest and guest are safe but we have no control of the whole Portland area surrounding us. Hope you will consider staying will us in the future for a better experience.

Mediocre at best
Location was terrible, next to shut down businesses and has a problem with vagrants. Interior felt dirty, and every ice machine on every floor was “out of order” yet they were selling ice out of a cooler at the front? Lol. The heater in out first room was broken so they moved us to the room next door. Turned it on and it smelled of urine. Won’t be staying here EVER again. 0.5/10 since the employees were kind.

Unfortuantly we have a huge homeless issue all over in the Portland area. We do staff security throughout the day to ensure guest and guest belonging are safe. I am sorry you experienced our only ice machine was out of order during your stay, while we were waiting for a technician to come to our site during the busy holiday season. We did have FREE ice in the lobby freezer for all guest. Thank you for letting the front desk know about your heater issue in the 1st room so we could move you to another room right away. Hope you will consider staying will us in the future for a better experience.

Staff was great! Excellent breakfast with a pancake machine!!! A few little glitches but it was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Not a fan of the area as there are a lot of homeless people and not much nearby - wouldnt feel safe walking. Overall good value!!

Bait & Switched by Best Western
This hotel felt like a bait & switch. I spent a good bit online finding hotels that look decent in the area I needed to stay in. Found the “inn at the meadows” best western and felt the pictures fit what I was looking for. Upon arriving they put me in the only room on my floor with construction work next to the door, put a family of four with 2 screaming kids next door in a nearly empty hotel, found crumbs still on the floor items still in the drawers and an overall overwhelmingly uncomfortable room and environment. Probably decent enough to pass through in, but wouldn’t recommend if you’re doing more than simply sleeping in it.

Yes, we are currently under hotel renovation on the west side of our building which in not near any rooms we are currently renting out to guest. This place need a major upgrade the breakfast is not a breakfast it’s a joke they only serve a banana and oatmeal and nasty yogurt . Oh don’t let forget about the coffee which is horrible. Would pay twenty dollars a extra for a better place then this hole in the wall.. never again…

recommend
we needed a quick hotel that was right off the road, so we didn't have to go into portland. the road to get to the hotel is a little sketchy, and the hotel itself was very hard to find. took us 5/10 mins to find the way into the parking lot. once we got there, the front desk lady was so nice. the hotel was very clean. our room was giant. water pressure in the shower sucked, but all hotels do tbh. the breakfast was delicious. for a quick stop, that was fairly cheap, i would stay there again in needed too.

Staff was all super friendly and accommodating, but somehow missed cleaning service on the last night. Area around the hotel was a little sketchy but felt secure once inside. Construction left some dust around but remarkably quiet despite them being actively working on our first morning on property. Convenient to our destination so would likely stay again!

I checked in and a few hours later brought someone with me to check out. The property is surrounded by homeless people and I felt unsafe from the second I approached the building. I've stayed in some sketchy hotels before, but this is the first one I checked out of before actually staying the night.

A bit hard to find due to renovations but honestly, even with major renovations going on this property is clean, quiet and organized. Abu checked us in and was absolutely darling and professional. It made me feel safe to have on site security since my sister kept going out to smoke. I didn’t worry about her at all! The room odd huge, clean and comfortable and it’s refreshing to have HOT water and great water pressure in the shower! I’ll be back for sure!!

Hotel was under construction which was not ideal, but understandable. Traveling with infants, no cribs available. Rooms were not ready at check in. Couldn’t get late check out which was inconvenient due to flight schedule. Staff was friendly. Not a great area. “Unhoused” prevalent in the area.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a little strange but that might be because I was in a two doubles rather than a King. Thin walls and could hear the upstairs occupants stomping around quite a bit. Ear plugs took care of this. Surrounding area is a little sketchy but the parking area is well lit and I was never really worried for my safety.

Last Min Stay - Clean and Comfortable
Delta Park hasn’t been the cleanest or safest area lately but I felt safe and secure at this hotel. There was updating and construction going on but my room was updated, clean and well equipped. There is a workout room I was able to access as well. It was a positive experience.

Under refurbishment. Can't see out of window, wasp and other insects in my room. They lowered prices well below what I had paid just after my cancellation window. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Typical marginal breakfast food.
