Pros: Our toilet was not filling up, so I went the front desk. When we came back the toilet was fixed. Hotel staff and cleaning personal were helpful.
Location: We visited OMSI, downtown Portland and visited friends.
My family was happy with the room. Breakfast was great, rooms clean and the bed's were comfortable. Very happy.

Good ADA rooms

Pros: Convenient location, accessible interior
Cons: Guest laundry was small and one machine was broken.
Location: North edge of Portland area. Racetrack nearby, but nothing happening when we were there. Two restaurants and fast food nearby.
Beautiful room in a quiet area near freeway. We needed ADA room, especially bathroom facilities. Doorway to room was wide AND it would hold in the open position so you can get chair in. Bathroom was spacious, toilet height and bars were appropriate, had a built in shower bench and a portable one if you weren't comfortable with the built in. Lots of room for wheelchairs on either side of king sized bed.

Nice and accommodating

I had car troubles and couldn't get home (50 mile drive). I booked this room with nothing for an overnight stay. The staff was overwhelmingly nice and helped me gather some necessities that I didn't have with me such as a phone charger etc. The room was clean, nice, and spacious. An excellent place and I would stay there again.

Very nice area

Very nice stuff. Everyone was very nice at front desk, at breakfast time and when stuff from hotel were passing by you they would say hi all the time. Thank you PS Breakfast was very good!!!!

Good breakfast.

Poor lighting and the toulet stopped up. One of the ligbts in the room didn't work.
