Great business traveler Hotel

Posted Jan 22, 2017
I stay here whenever I'm in Portland for business. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping if I need to do that. It's also close to Vancouver as well as Portland as I work in both locations.

Way to noisey.

Posted Dec 23, 2016
Hotel is nice but the walls must be super thin because our neighbors all around were super noisey. I couldn't stand the banging, talking and running water all night and every night. Also the lady who checked us in seemed bothered that we showed up. Also not enough food at breakfast and the pancake machine is extremely slow and inefficient.

near Portland

Posted Dec 13, 2016
Pros: Near Portland.
Cons: The internet was impossible to connect to. The TV remote was clunky and hard to change stations. It needed a sleep timer, or one I could find.
I am a member of the Best Western point club so I stayed there. It was pretty expensive even with the best deal on line.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the difficulties connecting to the internet. We check the cable connection in our guests rooms frequently to make sure everything is functioning properly, and that problem usually is a result of a satellite interference.

This was my second visit to The Best Western Inn at the Meadows. From the time I checked in with Jeff, my stay was great. The front desk staff was nice. the room was comfortable, and the free breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel. Right off the freeway.

Posted Dec 2, 2016
Pros: Great room. Spacious. Bathroom was outstanding. Little red resting chair was a cute touch as well. Complimentary breakfast and tons of free parking.
Cons: Tv channels could come in clearer perhaps.
Location: There's a Burger King, a Sheri's and an Elmer's to eat at all walking distance. Elmer's was delicious! try the German pancake!
Booked this in a jiffy through expedia.. great price.

Expedia should share my info with you to simplify

Posted Nov 26, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Check in- Most travelers are tired and do not feel like completing paperwork with info already provided online
Location: Close to freeway, restaurants and Wa
The downside was the because Expedia does not share my information I had to complete paperwork upon arrival. I was tired and did not feel like duplicating my effort. I usually do not use online booking companies and it was an extra step that should not be needed.

Hi Gary- Thanks for taking a moment to provide feedback to us! We're happy our location worked out for you. We try our best to speed up the check-in process, but when a reservation is made through Expedia, the hotel does not receive any of the contact info.  We hope in the future there will be some updates regarding the contact info from Expedia and other sites. Most online vendors will not share your personal contact info for privacy's sake. On a side note, once you stay at our location, we do update our records for any your future stays.  Safe travels, and happy holidays.
