We love staying here. It's very clean, modern and comfortable. The only negative is that the hotel staff didn't have too many restaurant recommendations for someone who has been to Portland more than once. It seems that most of the hotels in the area send guests to the same places.

The staff is very attentive and polite. The lobby is exquisite, and the Driftwood Bar is a must-see. Our waiter, Joshua, had lots of suggestions for things to see and do in Portland. My room was ready for me despite my early arrival and it was just lovely. It was elegant and the tivoli radio was ...

Upgraded to suite. Room was very well decorated with historic charm and a Portland flair. Really comfortable and stylish. Lots of nice extras: a free cocktail at happy hour, gift of water and homemade popcorn, and a turndown service. Good restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great location. ...

We had a queen suite and enjoyed relaxing in the living room. The beds were not the most comfortable we've slept in, but we loved everything else about the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the decor was fun. We parked in a parking garage a short distance away and paid $5 a day on the weekend, ...

The building is historic, but the inside architecture is like 1980s suburban - like a Motel six. The morning coffee bar is great with good croissants

Hotel was clean, comfortable and fun. Loved the bright colors, unique rooms, full kitchen accommodations and nice complementary breakfast. Parking was easy and close to restaurants and bars. Kids loved the bowls of free candy. We'll definitely be staying here again if our travels bring us up this ...
We were warmly greeted promptly upon arrival. Our corner room had windows on two walls and was very spacious with distinct living and sleeping areas, and a complete but unintrusive kitchen. And an immense flat screen TV. The room was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night in a busy part of ...

My only gripe was that we were not offered self parking which was available and instead were charged $30 To park our car across the street!
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the lobby bar's good service and current decor. Our room was well-appointed. The location is fantastic.
