Comfortable hotel, just right for us.Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: It doesn't pretend to be something it's not. It's homey, comfortable and clean. Lovely continental breakfast served in a nice breakfast room.
Cons: One day on our stay our bed was not made. We left it fairly straightened out and, as a result, housekeeping never touched it.
Location: Plentiful shopping in Freeport. Lots of summer crowds and challenging parking. Visits to family in Falmouth were facilitated by proximity to 295.
Easy to find, great location for us to shop and visit family in Falmouth. We arrived before the posted check-in time but were accommodated none-the-less. We would definitely recommend your hotel and would certainly consider staying with you again.

Close to stores without all the congestion.Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: It was close enough to the stores without all the traffic.
Cons: The breakfast could have a better selection.
Location: It was close to Freeport with LL Bean and all the stores.
A nice quiet restful hotel close enough to shopping.

Clean hotel close to the outletsPosted May 26, 2015
Pros: The hotel was clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. Mini-fridge and microwaves in room. Location.
Cons: The key card readers were finicky on the door to get into the hotel and the door to get into the room. I never got in with just one swipe.
Location: The hotel is about 2.5 miles from downtown Freeport and 1.9 miles from Maine Beer Company.
I stayed for one overnight to run at a near by trail festival. They were able to accommodate an early check-in. The hotel was very quiet and had a great location. There is no pool or hot tub. This a no-frills hotel other than free Wi-Fi and very basic continental breakfast.

Excellent Family-Operated Hotel in Freeport.Posted Dec 17, 2014
I was very impressed by the hotel's rooms, friendly staff, and variety of free breakfast offerings. The room was very well appointed with a quality bed, nice furniture and clean bathrooms. I would highly recommend the motel and plan to stay there again in the future. The hotel is located two miles south of the 295 exit just south of the huge Wooden Indian at moccasin outlet store. Although the motel is probably 3 or 4 miles south of LL Bean and downtown Freeport, it is easy to reach these attractions in a few minutes further north on US 1.

Right price and good qualityPosted Dec 10, 2014
Location: Freeport is a few miles away. Great outlet shopping and, of course, LL Beans signature store. Also very good restaurants and coastal atmosphere.
We have stayed at a few other reasonably priced hotels in the area and this is definitely the nicest. Clean, updated, comfortable king bed. We were in a room around the back and it was very quiet, especially since most of the hotels in the area are right near the Maine Turnpike. We could not hear any of the other guests. There were two sinks, one in the bathroom and the other just outside, so my husband and I could get ready for our big Christmas shopping adventure in Freeport in record time. They have a continental breakfast but we did not attend as we have a favorite spot for breakfast (The Freeport Cafe, right down the street).

Great place to stayPosted Nov 10, 2014
Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing for a picky eater. Husband couldn't find anything.
Location: There were a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. Had great sales and was a very friendly place.
I would recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable after shopping all day. The shops were only approximately 3-5 miles away, so that was very helpful. Will definitely go back there.

Nice Hotel, clean, basic lodging.Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Location, simple value proposition. Clean and utilitarian
Cons: Generic not much inspiration. It could be anywhere but it meets the basic needs of any traveler
Location: Close to Freeport and Muddy Rudder
Arrived late. Happy keys were available: thank you. Casco Bay Inn is everything one needs. No pretension

Convenient for coming off the ferryPosted Oct 17, 2014 on Hotels
I booked this hotel because I was familiar with the area after serving onboard NAS Brunswick for 3 years. I was on the final ferry crossing from Nova Scotia for the season and this was the perfect place to rest for the night before heading to VT the next day.
