Close to Thompson Point for a concert

The entire hotel needs a major upgrade and renovation. The elevator is incredibly slow. Housekeeping is almost nonexistent and everything has a stickiness on it.

I would probably stay again...

Most was pretty good. The pool area is great and probably has the biggest hot tub I have seen in a regular 2 star hotel. Just a mile down Congress st and you're right in the heart of downtown Portland which is beautiful and full of great restaurants. Also if you happen to have a room facing the city the view is wonderful. Now for the bad: The bathroom was really small. Also I waited over 10 minutes at the counter just to check in. There was absolutely no one there. And when someone finally showed up he joked, "Sorry we disappeared. Thats what we do haha..." Needless to say I wasn't too amused.
