Pros: The convenience and cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast sausage
Overall, our experience was great. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. Probably, the only complaint was the sausage served at breakfast every morning. It was okay. That being said, we would stay there again and recommend it to other travelers to the area. PLUS it's very close to the interstate so we could get where we needed quickly without driving through city traffic.

Just Okay

Location: Sketchy neighborhood that you wouldn't realize from the pictures unless you were from the area. Three minute drive to airport way and shopping.
Overall hotel was okay. Front staff was friendly but slow. Our view (and half of the hotel's view) consisted of a run-down mobile home park and transients walking back and forth. Breakfast consisted of fake eggs and sad sausage. Upon returning to our room after breakfast, found an ant in our towels on the bathroom floor, luckily we had not seen any prior to that.

A great choice at a great price. Close to the airport, IKEA, and freeways.

Don't stay here

4 star rating? No way. I'm not that hard to please, and make a habit of leaving good reviews when they're deserved. You need a place by the airport, right? I get it. You pull up to the hotel and there's someone living in a nasty RV right across from the driveway. For the same price you can get a much better hotel in the area (I have tried several). Free airport parking? No. They add a $20 park/fly when you arrive. The place was run down. Beds were ok, bathroom was pretty sad. I'm not that hard to please but these guys sucked. When I had to get picked up by there shuttle on my return, it took 4 calls, the guy at the front desk putting me off each time. Never again, Comfort.

Terrible experience!

Room was clean/nice, but hotel not in good shape. Rowdiness in hallway at night-teenagers loud, slamming doors,etc and staff unable to control the situation. (And...seemingly told the rowdy ones who complained...NOT COOL!) Big ordeal. Actually checked out. Ugh-very unpleasant! Staff did drive us to a new location...much appreciated!

Adequate, but not great hotel experience

I booked this hotel because of the proximity to my business meetings. It met that bar. The place is worn down. I was placed in a room in the midst of what looked like some water damage reconstruction. I have mold and dust allergies, so that kept kicking up during my stay. To be fair, they were diligently working on the problem, and the hallway carpet was replaced by the time I left. In one of the ads, I saw that single King bed suites came with a loveseat, so I booked that, because I held one of my business meetings with my team in my room. However, we had to steal a chair from the dining area to have enough places for the team to sit. The hot tub was not working; The elliptical in the exercise room did not work. The heat in the exercise room would not adjust to a lower temperature. The place was very noisy on the first night I stayed (a Sunday night). Only redeeming factor - the staff was very nice. I will not rebook at this place.

Weekend get-a-way

Pros: Clean, breakfast, pool, wifi
Cons: Nothing really. I'm a smoker and I went outside to smoke. They even accommodated us with the ash trays.
Location: We didn't venture out, as everything we wanted was there.
I decided to treat my daughter to a weekend get-a-way, since we are confined to living in a motor home. She, unbeknownst to me, invited a school friend to swim, whom later stayed in the room with us. Upon check-in I was advised that the debit card I used had to have my name on it, which it didn't, due to recent fraudulent activity and new card issued. The hotel attendant advised me that hotels won't charge cards without the name on them. She made me the exception, which I was VERY pleased. Basically, the room was clean and roomy. I've read that the train was disturbing, but I didn't notice. The pool was AWESOME for my daughter and her friend! They swam for 5 hours. The hot tub wasn't functioning, but that's ok. OMG! The breakfast? So good. the eggs and sausage were delightful. Waffle machine (once I figured it out) was so good....fresh fruit, coffee, oh so good. I'm impressed, because I read all the ratings before going. I wasn't disappointed. The neighborhood isn't as bad as they say, though I did see a tent pitched for a few of the homeless in the parking lot (not theirs), but that's life. Good job Comfort Inn....my daughter is sore from swimming. oh....and the wifi is better than my house.

Hotel was nice; Expedia?

Hotel has nice and very conveniently located with the airport. Hassle free, stress free and much appreciated. Expedia...please when someone asks for an accessible room there is a reason. This should be communicated as represented when booking. We may not use Expedia in the future because this seems to happen EVERY time!
