we asked for a handicapped accessible room, which the desk clerk said we had. Other than one bar at the shower, there was no accommodation. The toilet was so low that the handicapped person could only squat to use it. When we called the front desk, the clerk was very nice, but said that was all they had, and later called back and offered a suite instead, but we had just unpacked, so we refused. She called back the next day and offered a $20 discount.
