Great affordable place

Pros: Comfortable bed, free and strong wifi
Cons: Had to have my door key card redone twice. Once was my fault for putting it in my wallet with a magnet. Not sure what happened the second time.
Location: Restaurants were close by.
No issues with this place. Close to the business I was there to see and about $75 less than the premium hotels. Decent breakfast with lots of choices. Felt safe and secure here, surrounding area was also nice.

Convenient location

Pros: For the most part, it met our needs.
Cons: Quicker resolution of maintenance problems.
The staff was welcoming and pleasant, and our room was clean with comfortable beds. We checked in late on a Friday night and found that the light above the bathroom sink was not working. We reported that and the fact that the phone did not work on Saturday morning. The clerk at the desk said he would try to take care of those things and left a note that he'd fixed the light and the phone should be working. However, it was Monday before the light was repaired and the phone never worked. We did enjoy the breakfast each day and would stay here again.

It was nice that they put us in a room away from the traffic noise as we requested. The room was not bad, clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint would be the noise coming from upstairs. We heard a guy walking around or talking. The ceiling/floor may not be thick enough.

Excellent food options in a friendly, secure local

Great price for a budget hotel. Good hot and cold breakfast offering. Friendly front desk personnel. Clean rooms.

The hotel was pretty old. The "suite" was a one person couch. There really wasn't much seating in the living room area. The breakfast was good but only available until 9:00. The best thing about the hotel was it is across the parking lot from the Black Bear Diner.
