The staff was very friendly. The property itself was not in good condition. Our room had many stains on the carpet and on the couch. The walls had cracks in them, the bathroom was all patched up with spackle but no paint. The curtains were falling off the wall. The hallway to our room the ceiling was all cracked and flacking off. The elevator was very janky we used the stairs as much as possible. Needless to say this is somewhere we probably will it stay again.

By far the worst place I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Not sure how hotels in these types of conditions are still allowed to operate. Ceilings were pealing off, floors were so uneven and dingy, carpets seemed to have been flooded at one time and just vacuumed up, showers were dingy and dirty. Our first room wouldn’t lock cause floor was uneven so deadbolt wouldn’t go through. Second room locked but nothing better about it; our shower still had long hairs on the wall and we hadn’t even used it yet. Yeah I’m sorry, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but this place was truly horrible.

Nice quiet atmosphere. Well maintained. One flaw, need new bathroom faucets. Too small, low, and too close to the hand basin. When reaching-in to wash your hands you can't help but touch the basin.

We checked in to get ready for the wedding, when we left, the door didn’t close properly. The toilet didn’t flush. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work, and neither did the internet. We went to inform the front desk, only to have to move rooms at 2 am. Too many issues for me to recommend to anyone.

This hotel needs a major make over! Moldy smell hits you when you open the door. Old furniture. 1 chair that was broken in room. Old couch. 2 beds - one hard and 1 so soft you almost went to floor when you sat on edge. Pillows smelled like old man- Curtains not hung or workable. The shower head so high it was almost unreachable. Unable to adjust type of setting without difficulty. We checked in day early and I called- paid- and secured room for additional night. Advised we were driving in and were several hours away. When arrived the room no longer available and like room was not clean. I ok’d different room for night and if our original reservation was available we would move next day. Because our room was so bad I asked for possibly moving to original non smoking King the next morning. I was told that because it was noon that housekeepers not available after noon. Checkout posted as noon- We opted to continue in same room and extremely disappointed. If this is a Radisson property- it is a joke- Major renovation is needed- The employees were pleasant at least- Hard to tell who employees were- Thank you

The manager doesn't care about how guests are treated as far as house keeping and they screwed up my transactions three times and had ask for towels ever other day because they wouldn't give services to clean and change towels out

There was an odor in my room but when I told the staff they sprayed it and after it was better. Overall the hotel is what you pay for, not to bad but no luxury either. Overall my stay worked out. I was surprised the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, elevator worked, overall it was a good stay.

Bottom of the Barrel
This property is NOT a Radisson property. The staff claimed they are a Choice Hotels property. If I had known that, I would not have stayed at this property. The first room, the comode was not attached to the floor, the second room, the furniture was terribly beaten up. The wall had two-tone paint, the airconditioner could not cool the room and the bathroom needed some repairwork.

The best part of this hotel is the large rooms most other hotels we've stayed in have very little room to move around in. The rooms furniture may be a little outdated for some, but the full breakfast and the suite sized rooms make it a palce we will continue to book.
