Unfortunately, being near the airport we do experience higher volume noise than you would find in a rural area. Again, I do apologize. While the hotel itself was great on a lot of levels, my room location, facing the street and the flight path for PDX, made for little to no sleep.

Our "go to" hotel in Portland
We always stay at the Courtyard Marriott Airport when visiting Portland. We can count on a friendly staff, clean, well appointed room and we love that we can travel easily from this location to visit friends and family. We have chosen this hotel for many years and have never been disappointed. Thanks for another great stay..

Front desk staff were courteous and cheerful. Helped with late checkin. 1 of 2 elevator was out of commission so the wait was longer to get to our rooms and back. I wish they included free breakfast. But otherwise rooms were clean, everything worked fine. We walked over to the restaurant across the street for a nice dinner. 4.5/5 will stay again.

The traffic noise was almost unbearable. If you go here do not get a room across from Airport Way, the traffic does not stop all night long. Great hotel, just stay on the opposite side of the road.

The lobby and bistro are updated and clean. The room was ok, beds are comfortable but there was a distinct smell of potpourri in the room that felt like it was trying to hide a smoke smell. It was tolerable but not pleasant.
