Swap Meet

Nice stay...updates being done now. Our room had been updated but there was a crack in the bathtub..not big deal. Bar service was awesome and Taylor was very attentative. Restuarant service was poor to ok..breakfast buffet was not explained and it was somewhat confusing...never checked to see how we were doing.

Hotel is under construction, which it needs some updates so that's a good thing. But they had the stairs closed for the construction and one of the two elevators closed for construction crew use only. So the service staff was using the elevator all the time and stuffing their big cleaning carts in there. There was not enough room for guest to ride with them, at one point we waited 5 minutes to take the elevator to the 2nd floor!!! Breakfasts looks nice but was a rip off... You had to payfor what is typically free at other hotels. When we checked in the lady told me when and where breakfast was and we figured it was free. However after we ate there is a pricing sign by a cash register on the way out. The view is nice of the river and nice property to walk around on, or kids loved playing on the big courtyard that over looks the river. We watched the airplanes, geese and rafters in the river.

Should be better after their remodel

Ok, they are in the middle of a remodel, but we knew it going in. We stayed here in the past when the courtyard was priced less, but most of the time stay at a Fairfield. Price this time was priced right.

Outdated and disappointing

Very outdated! Was hopeful when I pulled up, but once I got to my room was very disappointed. Ambience is terrible, bathroom wallpaper is pealing off the walls, bathroom flooring looked like it needed a good cleaning. Ice machine was so loud you could here it from my room; woke up multiple times due to loud neighbors. Do not take a chance on this place!!! Never again!!

Great amenities, amazing staff!

We had a blast at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, the pool/hot tub were nice and open until 11 pm. The hotel restaurant was convenient and delicious, and the staff were not only gracious, but very helpful. They not only recommended restaurants, but printed out maps and directions

Off the beaten path

Typical Courtyard hotel. Nice staff and room. Near I-5 so easy access. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would recommend for weary travelers.

This hotel felt overpriced for the cleanliness.. also having to go down 3 floors to smoke despite having a balcony was awful. The tub was small, and I had to clean it myself.
