The hotel was nice and the staff were well versed and polite. The room was beautiful and I would have rated it much higher in general except for two things: the carpet was soaked by the sliding door from water draining in from the balcony, and was rudely awakened in the middle of the night by very loud music playing, likely from off the premises. Overall, the hotel was nice and conveniently located close to the Moda Center.

The heater in the room was so loud we eventually shut it off so we could sleep the rest of the night, then it was too cold to be comfortable. Staff was wonderful but unprepared for a fully booked hotel. Only two kitchen staff for breakfast, couldnt keep up and buffet barely had any food. People had to wait 30 minutes to get an omlet.

I had my passenger side window broken and all my belongings stolen from my vehicle at this location. Not their fault. But still was a terrible experience

liked the location near Moda Center. Convenient for events there. Didn't like the parking fees, the valet parking and still being expected to tip the valet parking person, at the motel.

Quick trip - nice stay!
Was there for a concert at Moda Center. Very easy 10 minute walk! Friendly service and easy check-in. They were very accommodating to early arrival as well. Only disappointing thing was bar and restaurant were not open while there. Of course there’s plenty of places around the area!

Nice staff , bar need help they are understaffed. Not serving food until 4:00 pm is A problem. Not selling coffee after breakfast is another issue . Why should you leave $2.00 to $4.00 on the table? Over all its. Great place because of the front desk awesome personality and kindness. Thank you guys I really appreciated.

I was worried about parking and the safety of my car. The hotel only has street parking, but they do have valet parking in a locked garage for $30 nightly. It was worth the peace of mind for myself. The hotel is nice! The lobby was great, really big, lots of seating. A bar and a restaurant inside the lobby. The elevator is keycard activated to reach the floors which is an added peace of mind. The hallways did smell like weed which made my husband and myself laugh. Not a big deal, it wasn’t horrible just a faint smell. The smell did not seep into the room at all! Big plus. The room was nice and clean. Overall I would stay again. Breakfast was not included but I enjoyed the food.

When checking in we had to wait a good 5-10 minutes before someone came to the desk. I reserved a room for 4 adults. The sofa bed was a complete joke!! It was the size of a twin and VERY uncomfortable!! It was the worst bed and sleep that we ever had. I won't be staying here again and won't be recommending it.

No free parking in the facility. Relatively old facility. Surrounding areas do not feel safe, can see homeless/drug like people hanging around in the street and even lay down on walk way around next to the Safeway store nearby
