We had a lovely stay! We came to see a Trailblazers game, was a quick 6 minute walk to the stadium. I was initially concerned about parking on the premises but there was plenty of parking in a gated lot so that was nice. All of the staff was super friendly & welcoming. The restaurant had a great menu with variety of options. We had dinner the night we arrived & breakfast prior to leaving. The rooms are very clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to stay.

Both expedia and this hotel would not shift reservation for a night when a major concert was cancelled that very day. This hotel houses guests who attend the next door arena and convention center. Terrible customer service. Each placed blame on the other. I lost all my money, and for something which could have been so easily rectified and repeat business would have been generated.

I really like that is close to the Moda center and there is a church close by also. The food in the restaurant is good and I like the hotel is busy but it has a lot of space to move around. I really wish they had ev chargers.

Pictures didnt show how small the room was, the bathroom was disgusting and the shower/bath wasnt shown in the pictures. Only the nice shower head, not the disgusting 20 year old style bath/shower combo. Plus everything was crazy overpriced and they even charged us for parking! Insanely overpriced for a terrible hotel!

Room was under construction and not ready. TV did not work, sink in room was not finished and disconnected, did not know until we used it and water drain was not attached. A/C unit made a loud noise every 62 mins that would wake you from a dead sleep, Management was rude and unhelpful because they were fully booked. Maintenance told us he knew room was not ready but was pushed to get it “online” for busy weekend.

The only issue we had was the ice machine on our floor not working. Other than that it was a great place! Great food. Great pool. Great hot tub!

Crown is the only place I will stay when visiting the Moda center, clean and friendly hotel. Nice pool and very comfortable beds. See you guys next season

Over priced and deceiving. This property trying to pretend to be fancy and better than a Wyndham, best western, etc. It’s worse. For the price we paid we could have stayed in a bigger room with all amenities included elsewhere. No free wifi, breakfast, parking, etc. Every single thing is extra money. You are literally paying just to sleep in an overly decorated room. If you drive yourself bring a compact car. The parking lot is so squished we had to park my 4Runner in the back to have space. We parked in the front the first night and found out the hard way. The fridge had a freezer only big enough for one Ben and Jerry’s. We couldn’t even change the temperature of our room. The pool deck was slimy and slippery. There was nothing good about the stay other than the convenience of being closer to our event.

This is a fantastic venue if you are planning to be at the Moda Center. My daughter and I stayed last night and had an easy walk to and from the Blake Shelton concert. We loved not having to worry about parking a car at the venue or calling an Uber. The hotel was clean in all areas, and everyone we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We booked this because it was near the Moda Centre where we were attending an event. We did not know it was in a rough part of time and it was unsettling to walk around outside the hotel and wondering if our car would be safe. Great location for us but would stay elsewhere next time. Also, room, was supposed to be ready at 3pm check-in but did not get the room until 6pm.

The property itself was clean, quiet and had convenient amenities. The indoor pool/hot tub was fun, they had late night snacks and beverages for purchase and the hotel bar had amazing food options. We stayed here to go to a show at the Moda Center, which if you are planning on doing so this is a great spot. We could walk to and from, but there were darkish allies and unhoused individuals in tents along the way making it seem a bit sketchy. But if you walk in a group of two or more I feel you would be safe. The shuttle service that the property provides was limited, but I’m sure if you schedule well ahead in advance you will find it helpful! The $15 p/p airport shuttle was a life saver as well. The Mississippi Ave area was only a short Uber away and there were plenty of bars/shops/restaurants. Overall, I would stay here again if I were going to a show at the Moda Center.

The hotel had everything from on-site parking, an 8 minute walk to the convention center, heated pool Jacuzzi fully operational & open until 11pm, bar open until until 11p; the room had refrigerator microwave blow dryer, coffee maker, cable TV… etc.

Excellent location. We easily walked to the Moda Center to see a game. Generally felt safe walking in the area but I did have my husband with me. Bathroom fan didn’t work and the sink wouldn’t drain but that wasn’t that bad. Would stay here again if attending another basketball game. Parking was inexpensive but not a secure lot. Did have cameras but take everything out of your vehicle.

I felt like the majority of the staff were very friendly and cared about the guests. The hotel was clean and the rooms looked nice. The hotel is walking distance to the Moda Center, which was good to me since I went to two NBA Blazers games. The hotel has parking outside and easy to access elevators. I liked that the rooms had a microwave, small refrigerator and an easy to use safe. I want to thank staff members Tatiana, Randee, Zach, Brian and Marlin for making my stay more enjoyable. Marlin even took the time to help me with my rent a car heating system when it was the weather was "freezing rain" and there was snow and ice on the roads. I will stay at this hotel when I come back to Portland in the future.

Crown is the only hotel I will stay at when I come to Portland for blazers games, easy walk and excellent facilities. Staff, especially the people are the front desk are always so helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near Moda center.

We stay at this hotel for events at the Oregon Convention Center. The staff is fabulous and a main reason we keep coming back. Steven at the front desk is super helpful and always goes out of his way to take care of our needs. In the restaurant/bar, Dylan and Michelle are the best! They make great drinks, get your food orders in a timely manner, and are friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant is fabulous, nothing disappoints from all the items we have had. We love the mussels, shrimp tacos, wedge salad, vegan eggplant Parmesan with Polenta and the Portland Rose cocktail. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy. The pool area is nice and good sized pool and hot tub. Definitely our go to hotel for convention visits. Would 10/10 recommend.
