Its ok for the price, better option next street

Pros: Some stuff was really nice. Breakfast, coffee, location. fridge and Micro oven
Cons: Make sure you update online if pool/Jacuzzi/Tv etc not working
Location: It is located very conveniently in Vancouver. Restaurants, theater, mall all are in walking distance.I will go to Van again will stay in same complex
The swimming pool and Jacuzzi both were out of order and i believe they never work. These were one reason for me to book this hotel. I saw previous reviews about the pool not working most of the time and did not think seriously. I checked some other hotel in the same Mall complex and found their Swimming pool/Jacuzzi are just fine. I will go to Vancouver frequently and next time in Vancouver, i will stay in those more authentic hotels next street.

You get what you pay for, good to just sleep

Run down and outdated, broken furniture in the room, pool and hot tub were out of service which no one told us at checkin or when we called to book. We really just came to swim and watch tv on a comfy bed...we got to do neither. The free breakfast was just cereal and old fruit. They allow dogs so it gets noisy being such a small hotel. Only saving qualities were nice staff and it being walking distance to the mall. Again you get what you pay for...if you just need a place to sleep then this place would be fine...but we wont return or recommend it.

convenient location

only stayed overnight but experience was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet. Convenient to mall access.

It was okay. Nothing fancy. Pool was out of order when I was there. That was disappointing. Rooms were dated but clean.

Thought we'd enjoy pool

We we're looking forward to swimming and relaxing in jacuzzi. Family trip, and everyone actually remembered their swim suits. The people were friendly but no one said pool and jacuzzi were down for maintenance. Booked this room specifically for pool for kids! Very upsetting.

Inexpensiveast minute hotel

The stay way okay. Pool and hot tub were under maintenance and not working on the second day so that was a bummer for my kid.

Clean rooms, smelled very clean and looked clean.

Pros: The pool area is well kept up, we really enjoyed the pool fun.
Cons: The continental breakfast could be upgraded a little, the food. We stayed here during the winter, so the continental breakfast area was super cold.
Location: All kinds of food and restaurants next to hotel, as well as a coffee drive-thru, quick mart w/ gas station, next to my favorite mall & movie theatre.
Overall, the rooms were up to standard and are clean. I'm a clean freak and these rooms are satisfying. Located next to freeway and all kinds of food, gas station, the mall, movie theater.

Good Value and Clean

Pros: Price !
Location: Location is across from the Vancouver Mall. Easy access to I- 205 back to Portland.
Staff was very helpful when we though we would be delayed due to weather. Clean, Comfortable room and a good breakfast bar.

Okay hotel

If you can't climb stairs or have difficulty climbing them make sure you ask for a room on the first floor. There is not an elevator. Not sure about breakfast as we were there Christmas and there was very limited housekeeping, etc.

Pros: location and rate
Cons: room temperature (either cold or warm and noisy due to heating element)
Location: Business
Very nice experience in check-in with speedy execution, consideration for location of the room. Breakfast simple and lacking of milk (may be an ommission) but providing bare minimum including self made warm waffle to start on a good note
