The inside of the hotel was clean for the most part. The outside of the hotel was scary because there were guys walking around the hotel like if they were looking to get into vehicles. There was also a homeless camp right across the street. When we got to the hotel and was given our key to the room we went up to it on the second floor and there was a guy in our room. The door was cracked open and you can hear him talking on the phone. We went back downstairs and let the receptionist know and she said she was going to call security and gave us another room. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was a bad and scary situation for me and my family.

It was quiet. A lot of homeless people walking through the parking lot. Breakfast had powdered imitation eggs… gross.

The property itself was great without complaints. Staff was helpful, and friendly. Breakfast had a great variety and was decent. The area around the property was very very sketchy. Homeless population is quite vast around this property. I was worried about my vehicle but since the hotel had security, it was safe.

At first one may think twice, but this is a legit hotel that has excellent staff and protection. The place is vey quiet no big parties that leak into the halls. Free breakfast!

Noise pollution
Both TVs didn’t work. There was a funk in the air and later confirmed with fans blowing down a hall on the first floor. Like mushy stale water smell… this was all fine and ok to me. But at 5:30am till 9am they had industrial diesel trucks warming up in their parking lot. Not sure if they were guests but the sound was ridiculous. They were constantly honking and being loud. Beware if you like your sleep!

Breakfast was good. Everything else from the room feeling dirty, the hard bed, our room key not working, no maid service, tent city right outside, and it being nearly impossible to find in the dark, was terrible.

Hotel is descent. Neighborhood, not so much
Very sketchy route to hotel. Unfortunately, lots of homeless encampments nearby. Not safe for walking. Lots of loitering at the gas station near entrance to driveway. There was a security guard driving the property.

Nice but a slight caution
Great breakfast, clean and friendly staff. Only concern is not great area, many homeless hanging outside. Though they can’t get inside due to guests needing to use keycard to enter. I would stay again just know you can’t go to convenience store next door at night or alone.

Very clean, good service, friendly, excellent breakfast, and free cookies all day which made my kids very happy! Little disconcerting driving through the homeless encampment less than a block away but felt very sacs in hotel

Mediocre at best
Really cheap rooms that haven't been updated in a long time. Sink is in the main room, outside the bathroom. Desk staff don't really know how to operate the computers. The clientele is of a more seedy sort. Front door to lobby is locked and requires desk staff to let you in. Police roll through the parking lot every hour or two. Right next to a homeless camp.

The desk staff were all very polite and helpful. The room seemed dark and smelly. The area surrounding this hotel is not a good area, but they do have security guards.
