Pet Owners Beware! They charge a unmentioned fee.

Pros: Location. It had vacancy. Close to where we had to go.
Cons: Nasty daytime desk manager charged us a pet fee. When we checked in, the very pleasant lady that checked us in stated there would be no pet fee. On their web site it does not indicate an additional fee for pets. They charged us $30 per day per dog! $120 fee for a stay that lasted 32 hours! $3.75 per hour! The room was also very dirty and in need of repairs. Please see pictures. The carpet was so dirty, that my white socks turned black. Wiping the bathroom floor with a wet towel, turned it brown. There was also mold on the ceiling in the shower. They must think the room is as disgusting as we did because there was a strategically placed room freshener placed on top of the drape where the a/c unit would blow the air from. These things could have been expected in a $45-60/ night room, but this stay cost us $135/ night without the bogus pet fee.

Nice for a quick stop

Pretty good size room. Needs a bit of updating but great for just a quick place to sleep on a road trip. The lady at the front desk was very nice!

Needs tech update but clean

Pros: Room was clean, quiet, well located.
Cons: See above
Location: Well situated to Freeport, the coast and a host of options. Easy to find.
The room key card was a disaster. I made three trips to get rekeyed before I heard you can't have it near your phone or in your wallet. Either state that upfront or get new equipment.

Definitely a budget motel.

The room was run down. The bad was not very comfortable. Breakfast was boring. Staff acted like they would rather be elsewhere. But it was clean and the location was convenient.

Beware!!!

We stayed about ten minutes. Room was below par, definitely in need of updating. We requested non smoking room room reeked of cigarettes. The door to the room showed signs of someone kicked it in. The bathroom was gross and that door would not close.

Older but clean hotel,

Hotel was older and appears to have had upgrades fairly recent. Carpet appeared to be new, mattress and pillows were good for sleeping. We would definitely return to this hotel.
