We have stayed here for many years and were disappointed to see that the place has gone way downhill. We had to ask to get moved, because the first room was filthy. The second room had an empty wine bottle next to the nightstand!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our suite was perfect! You can absolutely tell that this property has been soundproofed- we are VERY light sleepers and never heard a thing during our stay! We didnt attend the evening reception but the breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel! We were travelling with our two small dogs and everything was set up perfectly for them- we were on the second floor so could easily sneak down the stairs with them to go outside: plently of green spaces available around the hotel. There is a mall, Target, and Dutch Brothers all within walking distance: couldnt ask for more. We hope to return very soon!

There were some maintenance issues in the room and stains on the bed where the sheet wasn’t pulled all the way down. The pillows were uncomfortable. Otherwise the size of the room was great and the breakfast has a variety of options. The staff was friendly. Also noted we were charged for parking even though their website states it is complimentary.

My only complaint would be the quality of the breakfast buffet. The embassy used to have amazing breakfasts and that’s gone down hill:( other then that everything was great

My stay at the Hilton was incredibly disappointing. From the outset, I encountered issues that significantly marred my experience. Upon entering my room, I was found a dirty washcloth carelessly left on the couch. This was just the beginning of a series of disappointments. Throughout the night, the noise from neighboring rooms was incessant. Loud jumping, running and laughter echoed through the walls, making it impossible to rest. It felt as though there was a constant party right next door. The situation reached its peak on the second night when a large group of about fifty college students arrived. Their disruptive behavior, including shouting and running through the halls, made it impossible to find any semblance of peace. When I called the front desk to address the disturbance, I was met with an unapologetic and rude response from the staff member. Their lack of empathy only added to my frustration. The pool closes at 9 pm so it left no opportunity to unwind after a long day, and discovering that the provided shampoo was empty while attempting to wash my hair was yet another letdown. Considering the substantial cost of nearly $900 for two nights in two rooms, I had expected a much more pleasant and relaxing stay. Despite reaching out to the manager to express my concerns, I received no response, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded. Thankfully, our experience at the Paramount in downtown Portland on the final night of our trip made up for it.

I gave stayed here many times and will return. Room cleaning staff is great and the breakfast crew really foes the extra mile. Happy hours in the evening are a nice perk. Elevators need a tuneup and some rooms can use a new sofa and carpet. New parking charge of $10 a day. Overall, I would still stay here again.

the location was both convenient to mountain and ocean venues and attractions. Staff was extremely polite and attentive to our needs. Room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

We love staying at this property. It’s very family friendly and close to a large shopping center. We can walk to Target or the mall. We enjoy the breakfast and the nightly reception.
