terrible service

I requested for early check in but rooms were not ready at the time of check in. I requested for bowls at check in n never received them until a second request was made n I had to pick the bowls myself.

Good for the $$

My family and I stayed for a full week at Extended Stay- Beaverton. We are well traveled and it was our first time traveling with both our children, ages 3 and 8 months. Our room had one King sized bed, a sleeper sofa, coffee table, small eat in kitchen with two stove burners, sink, full-sized fridge and microwave. The king bed was comfortable but the sleeper sofa's mattress was super thin, so you could feel every spring or support bar underneath it. The kitchens come bare but a "kit" is available upon request from the front desk with dish clothes, dish soap, toaster, a couple pans, dish drying rack, coffee maker, plates, cups, and silverware. They also threw in some coffee pods. We usually used the microwave so I can't speak for how well the stovetop worked. The room's cleanliness was subpar but I think it partly has to do with how old the rooms are. The bathroom especially could afford to be dipped in bleach b While I liked that the lobby always had fresh coffee available, the "breakfast" left plenty to be desired. If you enjoy different variations of oats: flavored instant or Nature Valley granola bars with either peanut butter, chocolate chips, fruit, or crunchy honey- you'll love their complimentary breakfast selections. They also had prepackaged, pre frozen muffins available in chocolate, blueberry, and banana nut. There is a Fred Meier grocery store about a block away from the hotel, which is very handy for stocking the kitchen and jazzing up the sad breakfast offered.

Nobody home

Location: Beaverton, OR not sure what to do near by, my trip was for business
I was going to be arriving late at night. I tried to find a phone number for th hotel on your website. only option was to make a reservation. Finally found a number, called before midnight. No answer. Got in rental car and drove to the hotel, arrived about 12:15am. Sign on the door says pick up phone to the right and someone will answer. Well i tried that 3 times, it rings for about a minute and half and disconnects. I ended up sleeping(maybe 2 hours) in the rental car. Made for a long day at work. I will never use this hotel in the future. Please delete my account!

Overbooked and indifferent

Booked thru Expedia, original Extended Stay we booked into called me day of check in to say they were overbooked and moving us. I contested and questioned to no avail. 2nd Ex Stay we were forced into had no pool and put us into a Room with only 1 bed (we booked and paid for 2!) Complaint brought indifference- the manager blamed Expedia for overbooking and said "this is all we have, take it or leave it." I was appalled. They told us to take up the cost difference with Expedia.

They move us into smoking rooms when we booked non-smoking. Terrible!!!

Would not come back

This location was convenient but would not come back here. The "non-smoking" room smelled strongly of cigarettes in the bathroom. Parking was so tight it was hard to get into the car. The "breakfast" was pre-packaged donuts/granola bars. Wifi very slow but you can pay $3.99 if you want reasonable speed.

Nice,clean,quiet,good location

The clean ,nice environment and quiet good atmosphere.Room equipped with kitchen and comfortable beds, new air conditioner,Tv,wifi...only wrap and go breakfast.Some other hotels are offering continental breakfast..Rate is standard reasonable.

Pros: Good location very close to Portland MAX for easy access into downtown. Very close to NIKE headquarters.
Location: Elmonica station on the MAX blue line is closest stop with parking access
Facilty was one of the nicer locations for Extended Stay given close proximity to NIKE headquarters. Room did not have pillows and blankets for sofa sleeper, and they were out of pillows once we realized we the room did not have any extras.

First room we walked into had a horrible body odor scent that was overwhelming and the kitchen laminate was falling off the counter. Front desk staff was nice enough to reassign us. Second room wasn't much better - A/C didn't work, hairs on all 3 pillow cases - showered with my flip flops on.
