Reasonably priced

Posted Mar 18, 2017
Room had an odor and needed aired out. Advertised continental breakfast but only offered granola bars, coffee, tea and hot chocolate on first morning. Added muffins on day 2 and oatmeal packs on day 3. Staff stated it's a grab and go breakfast.

I have personally followed up on your concerns in regard to the odor, to ensure we are well poised to serve you better in the future. Bad to Worse

Posted Mar 16, 2017
Pros: nothing to like.
Cons: Room quality, new towels, new bedsheets, new pillows
The front desk was helpful in providing me a room that I requested - something on the ground floor, with parking from across the room. There ends the good things about this hotel. The room was full of cigarette stink. The bathroom towels were unclean (dark, dirty and looked like they need replacement), shower had low pressure, with thin flow of water. The room itself was very small. Pillows were extremely thin. My clothes reeked of cigarette smell two days after i checked out!!

Thank you for your candid evaluation. We are glad that you liked our front-desk service, but we are sorry for your disappointment with your room. The cleanliness and room condition you described is unacceptable and not at all representative of our quality standards. I am meeting with my team to discuss this situation and reiterate the importance of attention to detail. We truly hope this unfortunate situation will not prevent you from staying with us again, as we would love to make it up to you on your next stay. Sincerely, General Manager

Try other options if you can.

Posted Mar 12, 2017
Pros: Leaving...
Cons: Cleaner, be more organized, better wifi activation process.
Location: Beaverton access was good.
Room a bit dirty. Shower drained to center of bathroom. Shoddy construction will lead to mold between tile and 'wood' flooring in bathroom. Hair on sheets. Key to occupied room was initially provided an I surprised another guest. Crap breakfast snack options. Odd wifi ref process to connect. Close access to Beaverton/Portland

Thank you for your evaluation. We work hard to provide a clean and comfortable environment, and I am sorry the smell compromised your experience. We will revisit our deep cleaning program to see where we can make improvements so future guests are not similarly impacted. We value your business and hope you will choose us again. Safe, Friendly, Adequate

Posted Mar 4, 2017
Pros: I have multiple-chemical sensitivity, and this motel was safe for me, which means they use less toxic cleaners but still keep things clean.
Cons: Toss out the towels that are worn out.
Location: It's near enough to a major hospital to be a convenient place when having tests. All of Portland is available.
The motel afforded me a safe, clean, and friendly place to stay while I was in the city for medical tests.

Very close to where we needed to be.

Posted Feb 27, 2017
Pros: Location.
Cons: Cleanliness
We didn't get the room we requested. We got two queens instead of a king. We also requested a king because it had a love seat. The bathroom floor sticky and it had food in the corners. Also someone with little children stayed above us and the children stayed up very late. Put families like this on the main floor.

Don't count on BREAKFAST at this hotel

Posted Feb 5, 2017
I booked this hotel since i wanted FREE BREAKFAST. I was disappointed when I saw only Muffins and Granola bars for breakfast. If you are looking for BREAKFAST book a different hotel.

Close to my conference

Posted Feb 1, 2017
Pros: Location was perfect for my event. I could get to conference and food quickly.
Cons: Could use better cleaning staff and bed.
Location: Walking distance to food. Fred Meyer is walking distance for groceries so you can make food in your room.
I chose it for the location and in that regard it was awesome. Very easy to get to and find. It was loud. You could hear anyone that walked out front and every morning there was constant yelling from people leaving. The bathroom fan was loud and you could hear it in other rooms. The bed was really hard and the bathroom tiles were quite gross. The tub itself was clean, but the surround needed a good scrubbing a month ago. The garbage can under kitchen sink was full when I checked in.

Don't stay at Beaverton ESA

Posted Jan 14, 2017
This was my second time stayed at ESA, I chose this hotel based on the location and my great experience from the previous stayed. I was very disappointed, mostly due to the cleanliness of the room. The toilet was dirty, I meant DIRTY like it hasn't been cleaned for at week, there were hairs in the bathtub, oil stains on the microwave and pet smell. I understand that ESA is not a four stars hotel but I expect the room to be cleaned and comfortable... very disappointed!
