My hotel location was changed. we were offered smoking rooms even though i had made a reservation for a non smoking room over two weeks ago. I will reconsider renting elsewhere if this trend continues.

Smoke smell

There was only one lady at the check in office I waited about 30 minutes to finally get checked in. She has a good attitude and apologized for the wait, but once we got in our room in was horrible. It was a non smoking room but it smelt like smoke all our our clothes smelt bad when we left the. Ext morning it was a very u comftrable stay. The smell made the room seem very dirty. I probably won't stay there again.

Convenient for meeting with friends

Pros: Easy to get to and park. Inside the room was fine, clean, and comfortable, albeit very basic.
Location: It is located on the west side of Beaverton with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
I was surprised to get there and find that they had changed our room to a different Extended Stay location. It didn't bother me but I was very surprised. They did try to phone us but we were already on the road. The room was fine and comfortable.

I had a reservation at this location and when I arrived I was told they were sold out for the night. I had to be transferred to another location because they have been having housekeeping issues and could not clean all the rooms. They also messed up reservations for other people in my group, and they had to be sent to another location as well.

Shenanigans

Arrived late after driving for three hours and was exhausted. Went to the 'lobby', which was not clean and was greeted by a young woman in jeans and a hoodie with her hair in a messy bun. Not my usual hotel experience; but she was very nice (actually, the only reason that I even stayed after the foolishness I experienced was her customer service). She gave me my room keys and I proceeded to go to my room. Upon arriving to the door I was able to see through the open curtains that the room was filthy: open pizza box on the table with basically A WHOLE PIZZA in it, along with beverage bottles, the bed was unmade with another beverage bottle strewn on it, something was on the chair as well though I don't remember what. I went back to the lobby (now, when I say 'back to the lobby', I had to drive my car to get to where my room was located and had hauled four bags to the room! So, I had to lug all of my stuff BACK to my car and DRIVE back to the lobby!) and told the young woman the situation. She apologized and said she'd get me a new room, but that she would go and check to make sure it was clean. I waited in my car for her to return, which she did and issued me a new set of keys to a room that she assured me was good to go. I proceeded to drive to the second location, unload all my things AGAIN and enter the room. I was hit by a scent wall of cigarette odor that took my breath away. I had to trek BACK to the lobby to get ANOTHER room! In third room...the light wouldn't turn off!

We have processes in place where our suites should not be made available for occupancy until it has been inspected by a supervisor to check if it is clean and everything is in a good working order. Hotel room stink

Booked a hotel room for my parents and they weren't really happy at me for booking this for them. He had this horrible smell that didn't go away and got caught in their clothes too

Noisy hotel, unscrupulous guests, terrible staff

I was noteably only at this hotel for about an hour because shortly after checking in, while I was trying to get my infant son to sleep, the hotel staff assigned my room to someone else and gave them keys so they were able to access our room. It was an awful experience, especially when traveling alone with a young child (we were in town to go to the children's hospital the next morning) so we immediately left. The desk staff refused to refund my stay unless I waited in line behind 6-8 people. She told me I could call corporate and deal with them. A call has been made but I haven't yet heard back. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Outdated, lots of guests loitering in the parking lot, unsavory people, noisy, and definitely not worth any amount of money.

Room was nice. Bed was nice, pillows were flat
