It was old and dirty, found numerous hairs in bed sheets. Sheets were so old and think you could see through them. Hallways and rooms smelled like marijuana and old oil from cooking.

The staff were very nice, but even though this is a smoke free hotel the occupants before me had smoked in the room and it smelled like smoke and the comforter was stained. No silverware or dishes available even though theres a kitchen

The room was a nice size, bigger than expected and had a usable kitchen. We were there several days due to prolonged snow, wind and ice events with power outages at home. Very grateful for having uninterrupted lights, hot showers, heat and wi-fi. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at this property a couple of times and have been happy both times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's pretty quiet. Never been bothered by being able to hear my neighbors. And the best part is because it's an extended stay, the smell of home cooked meals fills the halls at almost all hours.

Most miserable stay in a Hotel I ever had.
This was the worst stay I ever had in a hotel. There was no service whatsoever. The front desk was most unfriendly. The hotel is supposed to provide utensils on request but provided nothing. The front desk informed me that they out of everything that I asked for. No drinking glass, coffee maker, utensils or anything was provided on request though the hotel was committed to provide all these as per their listing and advertisement. The hotel was supposed to provide free breakfast as per condition of the hotel rent and services. The 'grab-on-the-go' breakfast was supposed to be available from 6 to 9:30 AM but we went to get breakfast at 8:30 AM but there was nothing, not even a cup of tea or coffee. There was none at the front desk either to answer any question. It happened on both the days as we stayed and paid for two nights.Hotel.com and Expedia should refund my money for not providing the service and facility as was committed and for which I paid them. I asked the front desk for a receipt of my stay in the hotel but the front desk declined to give me any and told me that Hotel.com/Expedia will send me the receipt, but I did not get any from either of them yet. I'll get in touch with Hotel.com/Expedia to lodge a formal complain but I know they will do nothing as they already got their money for my stay. Miserable and disgusting Extended Stay America Suites in Portland Beaverton/Hillsboro Beaverton, Oregon.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating, respectful. Each listened to our requests with attentiveness. Pam & another (don't know her name) wished us a safe trip home. On the other hand, I was shocked at the dirty everything. Once I found the phone wall connection, I was disgusted by the dirt behind the nightstand. The phone was particularly filthy. I used a Lysol wipe it & was astounded by the dirt that covered its surface. The bathroom floor corners included loose hairs & dust. The mattresses sunk in the center. The hot plates were burned. Once we arrived into our room & discovered the filth, we preferred to check out, but because we paid Expedia, receiving a refund was not possible, although I called them.

Extended stay suggests long term but everything from hair dryer to kitchen utensils had to be requested from the front desk. Breakfast was a coffee, granola bars, and a cup of hot water and a packet of oatmeal. Budget minded only. The location was surprisingly quiet at night.

Was surprised to see same faces that were here when we last stayed here pre-Covid. Nina is now the GM, which was a great added benefit to the hotel we had stayed at previously. She has a friendly welcoming personality and it was a great stay much to the staff that is accommodating and friendly.
