Very disappointing

Cigarette smoke throughout halls, stairs on all floors. Stained mattress, unvacummed carpet, no drinking cups or coffee maker in room, no ice machine in hotel. They advertised a continental breakfast but offered ONLY instant oatmeal in a package and a granola bar. VERY DISSATISFIED and VERY DISAPPOINTED

The first room was not cleaned at all. Changed to a second room, still smells terrible and the air conditioner was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Not worth the cost at all.

Too expensive

Very nice staff, especially the hotel manager mrs. Jerome. I had a problem with my credit card and she helped me. Great. Nice room with kitchen, what they call a go and grab breakfast was just a cup of coffee and granola bars. Not a breakfast at all! But clean and very friendly people, the thing I was very disappointed about is the very slow internet. You could get a faster internet for $ 5 a day, I think that is something from the 80 s. Now every hotel offers a fast internet. Indian owners, maybe? The price was just too high for a hotel where your room was not cleaned and the internet very slow. I give it a five. Out of ten. But that has nothing to do with the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful.

Don't stay here

Pros: The refund
Cons: Tear it down
Location: Walk with a police escort
It was so bad, we refused. to stay and founf another hotel at 6"30 pm and paid twice as much for the safety and accommodations.

Noisy.... 1/2 the rooms are 100 feet to highway

Room is minimally equipped. Must go to front desk for kitchen ware, extra towels, extra soap, shampoo...... no conditioner.... must ask front desk for blow dryer... good price, but cheap hotel. I’d never stay again.... I stay at different hotels every week for work. This would not ever be tolerated.

Hotel nightmare! Even the staff told us she's going to quit because she keeps getting the same complaints about the nasty beds!

great location

Pros: Location was great! Staff was very sweet.
Cons: Cleanliness. Add a few things to the breakfast bar in the am. Why is there no pool?
Great easy access location and the staff was very nice. Was disappointed that there was no pool, breakfast was horrible AND my bed...filthy, there was chunk of pizza crust between the sheets and cheeto finger prints on the pillowcases. The full size kitchen was nice though....
