Terrible experience

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room service would have been nice
No room service because we only stayed 2 nights? Had to go get our own towels, room smelled like dead fish. No attempt by staff to relocate or freshen room. Overall worst place we stated on our trip. Won't stay there again.

Good hotel for an overnight stay

Pros: Front office staff
Cons: Bed was hard.
Location: Shopping restaurants and airport
Staff was very nice and pleasant upon check in. This would be a nice room to stay for continuous nights.

Not a better place

Bed bugs in the room. They need to do fumigation. Got scared and not worth for dollars spent.

A good stay

Pros: A nice place.
Cons: A clean room means more than just changing the linens. If the room is not rented on a regular basis than dust and such builds up.
A nice room but lots of dust and crumbs and even found left over food behind night stand. The rooms were quiet and the parking lot was lit up for safety.

Hotel room was very musty smelling. Breakfast is just "Grab and Go" not like other Hotel's free breakfast. Disappointed

Great place to stay.

The staff were excellent ! They brought a reclining chair to our room for my friend who could not lie in a bed . They printed off directions to help us find our way around . They recommended great place to eat ! They supplied us with a large pot for cooking corn ! They were so pleasant it made our stay wonderful !

In the area for a wedding

My husband and I stayed one night for a wedding. The hotel was conviently located, clean and spacious, adequate. The price was high considering the level of hotel but this must be the summer rate. The staff were very accommodating; they allowed us to check in early. Please revamp your breakfast! Awful prepackaged muffins/pastries. At least have some fruit!!

Cons: rooms, mattress, bathroom fan, kitchen area, fridge smelled
the staff was friendly but the room and bathroom were dated. many guests hanging out in the parking lot smoking all evening. it was fine but not comfortable. I usually stay at Hampton inns but the prices were higher than usual so I stayed here. next time I will pay the higher price

Slow internet, unable to read my e-mail so slow. No utensils was in the room you need to call front desk to get an any type of utensils even spoon.
