The shuttle we needed to catch was full because it was picking up people from other hotels

We are so sorry that even though you signed up for your scheduled pick up at the hotel was delayed. We do try our best to ensure that everyone has a spot on the shuttle van, we do give preference to all guests that signed up for their shuttle at check in. I am so sorry that this did not go as expected. I have spoken to the Driving Supervisor and he will take a look at the shuttle reservation sheet and adjust staffing accordingly.
