Okay for an overnight stay, but not a long stay

Posted Jul 19, 2016
Pros: The room size was great for our family size with 3 queen beds. Also, the staff seemed very accommodating. They seemed to know there were problems.
Cons: Making sure things are working properly and getting a descent breakfast would be a huge start.
Location: Portland area has tons to do. If you need suggestions you aren't trying.
We arrived an hour after check-in and our room still wasn't ready. After checking in we were told the locks on the doors weren't working and the key cards would not open our door, and if we needed in our room we would have to come down to the front desk to have someone come up to open it. The problem was being worked on but wasn't fixed until much later that night. We were also told that the phones were down and that the internet was extremely slow. The room itself was okay. There were spots on the wall were the wall paper was tearing and you could tell the shower curtain had been torn out of the wall, repaired, and torn out again. The room was clean and plenty big enough for of 6 member family with 3 queen size beds. The pool had issues as well. The temperature was great, but half the lights were out and the hot tub was out of order, but not roped off or anything so it was just this big hole net to the pool for someone to fall into. I also found a small piece of glass on the bottom of the pool. The free breakfast was the saddest I have ever seen at a hotel. It ran from 7-9. We arrived about 8:30 to find only cereal, half a muffin, some boiled eggs and waffle batter (enough for only a couple) and no syrup. The milk and juice were also out completely. I had to go find someone to ask for more milk, which they did refill, but nothing else. There was a place for hot food such as eggs, but nothing there, nor was there any fridge for cold items, like yogurt.

Pros: Bed!!!
Cons: TV, Showrhead
Location: Lots of nice restaurants
Exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Wonderful firm bed. Nice clean facility. Only complaint was poor TV quality, and showerhead that was only partially functional.

Worst hotel ever!!!

Stagnate pool, empty hottub. Extremely rude employees. Said they over booked and had no room for us (even though we had already paid in full.) told us it was our problem and not theirs. Hugh line of people in lobby being told the same thing. Cimplete nightmare, do yourself a favor keep looking, and don't stay here. Still waiting for my refund.

You get what you paid for

Cons: change. the. sheets.
Staff that checked us in did not look like she wanted to be there, luckily the staff checking us out was much more friendly and welcoming. Overall I got what I expected from such low rates, unfortunately there were some things that could have been MUCH better. The staff that checked us in did not mention at all the breakfast times, meaning we missed the breakfast by about 10 minutes. The initial bed we chose to sleep in (the room had 2 beds) had a very strong vomit smell coming off of the sheets, luckily the second bed did not. Seeing as we were only there for 1 night, we didn't bother to change rooms.

Not as described

Posted Jul 10, 2016
Room said King beds, only had queen. Found food on the floor from previous guest. Found Medicated pill by bed so not cleaned. Hot tub was emptied and pool was greenish color. No ice machine but you did get an ice bucket. No directory in room, no way to call out, said they had cribs on request, front desk had no clue and said they don't have cribs. Was to scared to have morning breakfast so skipped out.

Esperaba algo mejor.

Cuando entras al área de la piscina huele mal, el agua de la piscina se nota que está casi verde. No hay jacuzzi, las escaleras no tienen agarraderas para los pequeños, faltan muchos detalles de mantenimiento.

It was nice staying in the inn

The inn is not so close to the highway so it's quiet at night. The room was clean and staffs were nice and friendly.

Inexpensive stay. Great value. With breakfast

Room is clean. Check in is easy close to the freeway. And most economy hotel in the area.
