I got a bite on my hand when I woke up my hand was itching - there are no bed bug covers on mattresses and no covers on pillows under cases and although I haven’t found a bed bug that doesn’t mean they are not hiding

A great place to stay! Super close to the mall, pet friendly & close to the beach! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long drive!

Very easy check in.. I appreciated that. Our bathroom had real dirty walls, chunks of blown nose (boogers? ) on walls. Ceiling paint was pealing big time in shower. Shower worked ok. We used the hot tub about an hour before it closed and they had no towels in the pool area at all. It was busy that night but we went back to our room wet. The trash was piled high and falling over outside the rear main entrance making you wonder it anyone cared.

Sink plugged, bathroom drain in poor setup pillows very flat. Been staying there over 30 years. Also no love seat or chair. Very “tired”. Very disappointed after all those years of staying.

Black mold in the shower. Stopped stocking the free breakfast half hour before it closed so no hot food left. Just muffins and fruit. Hot water was cold for hot chocolate. I asked if more food was coming out and she said no, with no apologies. Also she was coughing near the food. Would not come back here again. Easy access off highway.

We served breakfast on the morning of the 2nd and today April 3rd until almost 1030 am. There was hot food on the buffet and all three items were full until we closed breakfast. In additional the baked pastries, hard boiled eggs, waffle mix and all the bread choices were also available until 10:30 am. I am sorry that you are feeling this way, but there appears to be some confusion. Safe Travels.

The room was large and roomy. But it could benefit from a really good cleaning. There were visible holes in lower wall areas, paper crumbled under desk and the couch had many dark stains and marks on it. Upholstry cleaner, steam clean, wipe walls and vaccuum would go a long way.

I have stayed at 4 different hotels in the past 5 days, and this was by far the worst check in experience. She gave me no details (e.g. I had to ask about room number, breakfast, wifi, etc.). All she said was the information is in the booklet. I also had to ask about Hilton Rewards which I am a member of and should be asked to get my points without having to ask.

Arrived in the evening to an empty lobby. Waited almost 10 minutes before an employee appeared to check us in. The hotel had a beat up and dingy feel. I had stayed at this location in the past but service and cleanliness have definitely declined. Will not stay again

This was a great property. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on time with lots of options. Easy walk to the mall with fun huge arcade for the kids. We loved it. 10/10

This hotel is in need of major renovations. The newer hotels are much better. The old rugs should be replaced with laminate flooring. There was mold in the bathtub area. We were in a non-smoking area and we could smell smoke from people having smoked weed. We will not ever stay there again. We like cleaner rooms. We had to beg for extra towels and soap. No room service to deliver them so had to go pick up.

We had a last minute change in our plans and stayed another night,found the hotel on Expedia, reserved and arrived at hotel with in the hour . Hotel is clean, enjoyed the pool and the hot tub,staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast is delicious!!! Will definitely book again

I never write reviews but was very disappointed with my personal getaway to your location. I often book for employees who are in town - stayed myself while in the area that night, was woken up @ 8AM by room service in my room! I was shocked - was just going to mention to front desk service but no one was available when I left to checkout. Left the keys on the front desk. Gentleman at check in was very pleasant.
