This was a great property. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on time with lots of options. Easy walk to the mall with fun huge arcade for the kids. We loved it. 10/10

This hotel is in need of major renovations. The newer hotels are much better. The old rugs should be replaced with laminate flooring. There was mold in the bathtub area. We were in a non-smoking area and we could smell smoke from people having smoked weed. We will not ever stay there again. We like cleaner rooms. We had to beg for extra towels and soap. No room service to deliver them so had to go pick up.

I am sorry that you are feeling this way about your time with us. The Hampton Inn is not a full-service hotel; however, we do our best to handle all guest requests. Our renovations are on track to start in June. I have shared your comments with the leadership team for review. Should you be looking for a Full-service Hilton option in this area, I would suggest the Double Tree, just across from Maine Mall. Safe Travels. .

We had a last minute change in our plans and stayed another night,found the hotel on Expedia, reserved and arrived at hotel with in the hour . Hotel is clean, enjoyed the pool and the hot tub,staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast is delicious!!! Will definitely book again

I never write reviews but was very disappointed with my personal getaway to your location. I often book for employees who are in town - stayed myself while in the area that night, was woken up @ 8AM by room service in my room! I was shocked - was just going to mention to front desk service but no one was available when I left to checkout. Left the keys on the front desk. Gentleman at check in was very pleasant.

Outdated hotel
The beds were very loud, uncomfortable & small. Every time my husband Moved he woke us all up. When we first walked in the room it had an old musty smell. The room was clean but very outdated. Breakfast tasted good & staff was friendly the area was clean. The pool and hot tub area with outdated, yellow rust stains on the wall. The vent next to the hot tub was brown as full of rust and dust and looked like it would fall off. The ceiling has green in many spots. Missing so tiles in spots around the room. The bathroom door casing was also rusted badly in pool area. Pool & hot tub seemed to be clean. They did allow us to check in at about 1pm & front desk staff smiled a lot but not talkative

The property needs update and staff need more training. When you ask anything never got proper answer always going to check into it. Then never got a reply. Then they charge stuff on my credit card I did not tell them to. I got a refund but had to fightbto get it. They would just say you have tobtalk to the manger and did not know when they would be there.
