Cons: Do not get a room that is adjoining to a stranger. Kids next door who woke us up with noise through the door at 7:30 am
Leisure stay on a Saturday night. Great location. Walking distance to most activities in the Old Port

Great hotel, walking distance to everything!

Pros: Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast!
Location: Central to the waterfront and nears tons of great dining options!
This is modern, clean hotel. Our room with a king sized bed was very spacious and comfortable. The valet parking in hotel's own parking lot was great! We parked our car once and then walked everywhere. The hotel is very close to the waterfront and many excellent restaurants and bars. We stopped in for a beer at Sebago Brewery located in the hotel. The breakfast (also included) was excellent with lots of choices, the dining area was extremely comfortable. At the end of our meal a friendly lady was handing out mints, very homey. We will certainly be back-great value awesome location!

Great location/hotel. Marred by ultra soft bed.

Posted Oct 12, 2016
Located a short walk from the harbor and lovely shots and restaurants. The hotel had all the class and amenities one expects from a top national name. I would have easily given 5 stars except for the beds which were way too soft. Obviously, this is a matter of personal preference - mine is for a more supportive mattress.

The old port.

Location: Easy walking to the waterfront restaurants and attractions but book in advance if you want to use the Duck tour or trolley bus. Portland Observatory.
Friendly helpful staff what ever the time of day. The room we choose had views over looking the old port, so you could see boats, duck tours and the Nova Scotia ferry come and go! Best for us was when the cruise ships docked just a cross the way. The room was large modern, very clean and bright. Beds were very clean and comfortable and the hotel was very quite. To access your room you have to use the lift only as there is no stairs to access your room from the lobby. The gym was large with lots of equipment and very clean. Parking is valet only at $15 per night but cars were kept on site and retrieved very fast.
