Positives: Great location and good coffee! Clean hotel, and the room service ladies were very friendly.
I had a terrible experience with the night on-call service desk person, David, on December 23rd. After several attempts from my room, 248, I could not access the Wi-Fi on my phone.
At 12:35 am, I called to report my problem, and David was highly condescending. His tone and attitude made me feel like I was incompetent. After attempting to log on with him, he got impatient with me. He then offered a code, which I needed him to enunciate the letters "s and f" more clearly because I could not catch the difference. David raised his tone with me. At this point, I called him on his behavior, which he denied. The call ended with me telling him I would report his horrible service to management, and he said, "OK."
The following morning, on December 23rd, I reported my experience to Patrick, who was on duty. He listened to my story, and I was also disappointed with my experience with him! He helped me connect my phone but never apologized for how David treated me. While it was not Patrick's fault, a person in this profession with excellent customer service would apologize to the customer complaining about her poor experience.
