The hotel was very clean, the stuff were very nice and helpful with a great positive attitude during my seven days of stay. It is a family oriented place . I will suggest this hotel to anyone who want to be away from the city crowd.

The beds very comfortable, the staff friends and nice. But for the price of the stay, you would think the rooms would be cleaner. Bathroom shower had blood or brown like stains on wall. Vent in ceiling not clean. Rugs in room not vacuumed. Found money.

The town of Freeport is very charming, especially if you like to shop. This Holiday Inn Express is very clean and fully updated. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was excellent. Expedia gave a very good price for such nice accommodations. My only suggestion for the Holiday Inn would be to make their sign by the road you turn on brighter. It is difficult to see at night.

Thanks to the wonderful staff who went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Amanda, Leon, and Sasha deserve a special note of thanks. My husband had been injured and the staff was sincerely concerned and exceptionally thoughtful. Leon hosted the most pleasant and delicious breakfast buffet. Wow ! The best! Thanks to all.
