Reserved a king room but received a double queen. The staff quickly changed us to a king room and all was well.

Really enjoyed the room and the service, but I didn’t get the pleasure of coming back to my room with new towels and more trash bags. I’m not sure but they didn’t clean my room at all while I was there? I’m not sure

Very Nice
Everything was clean and nice and new. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked the idea of having a night light on top of the closet if you had little children, which we did not, so it took me a bit to find the switch but you can turn it off. Breakfast was good with the taco sized omelette's, and the biscuits and gravey. I was looking forward to some waffles or pancakes, but the machine was down. But there was plenty to choose from. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Great stay
My stay was nice. The only issue that should be looked into: A bit of trash here and there in the hall and on the stairway and in the spa area. Maybe have a staff do rounds every hour and pick up here and there. :)

Renovation in progress
The room was great, beds comfortable, large sized tv, bathroom was small but the sink was separate outside the bathroom. Everything was neat and clean. Our room had a view of a small river. The breakfast had a variety of items that were tasty. Great cinnamon rolls! The hotel was undergoing a renovation which I think was really needed because the carpets were dirty and the grout in the floor tile was discolored. I’m glad they are replacing those items. In its present condition I would give it a 7.

I found a huge tick in the room by the bed, probably disturbed by all the construction. Generally, except for that, it was okay overall.

Great, as always
i come to this hotel 3 or 4 times each year, just to recharge my batteries! With recent renovations and upgrades, this property is spacious, welcoming and very comfortable. A free, hot breakfast each morning is a plus!

In the process of remodeling but we got put in the old rooms and it’s obvious why they are remodeling. Rooms were barely okay, key cards had a life of one use and constantly had to visit front desk and get them fixed. Main floor hallway outside our room door smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

There was a line of 3 groups in line and the hotel stuff was absent for a while. The seemed to be a single representative on site. This hotel is way understaffed with the resulting slow service.

The property is undergoing renovations. This should have been communicated. We moved rooms twice. First room smelled terrible. Second room was on the ground floor and there was a high school track team staying there. Commotion and footsteps all night long above us. Third room was renovated and nice, however no hairdryer, and you could hear the highway and sometimes feel the trucks going by.

A couple issues, but great customer service!!
The microwave didn’t work, it was unplugged, we plugged it in and even used an extension cord, and still no luck. BUT, AMY at the front desk immediately came with a replacement microwave! Very accommodating. She was very courteous and polite and had a urgency to get the situation remedied! The plug in the bathroom area was also not working. Maybe had something to do with construction going on. The beds were super comfortable and the room had a bigger than hotel room size refrigerator! I can’t wait to see how the rooms look when the remodel is complete!

Your breakfast comments will be sent to IHG to let them know about so/so. The main items of hot cinnamon rolls yogurts breads pancakes etc are the staple items, the hot item change daily from bacon to biscuits and gravy. We will certainly try doing better.

We'd come again!
We needed a place to relax on our vacation and this was a great place to do that. They've been doing some construction work on this property, but caused very little annoyance. The people at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. We would come back!

The ceiling is so thin, I could've sworn the people above me were in the room. They weren't doing anything crazy, just walking. Woke me up quite a bit at night. Usually it's okay, but this hotel cost the same as a Downtown Portland hotel, just not worth it but I needed a location close to Oregon City, that's about all they had going for them.

Great Staff all around. Some remodeling being done, but had no effect on our stay. Tiny inconvenience was lack of a bottle opener.
