Great place to stay at for the first time in Portland. Things easy to get around, staff gave great options to eat at, and the view to the bay was beautiful. Had a great time and look forward in coming back to Portland.

Perfect location for all the downtown attractions. Great view of the harbor from our room We parked the car Friday and walked all weekend. We actually took the hotel shuttle one evening to dinner and that was so convenient. I will stay here again!

Great property but the staff is absolutely amazing and so fun and friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, modern, beautiful views, and quiet. They go out of their way to make you feel Welcomed.

All staff encountered, at the front desk, in the bar and during room service were really friendly and responsive. The hotel was ideally placed for my destination in downtown Portland and was very reasonable priced for what was a Sunday night visit. Will be my first choice for subsequent visits to Portland.

The only thing that was inconvenient is their key cards. They are used to get in and out of the parking garages and if your phone or keys touch them AT ALL your key card doesn’t work and there’s no one in the guard box. So it was definitely frustrating.

The location is very close to downtown that it is a nice walking distance without needing to drive and pay for parking at one of the public garages. The hotel is an affordable, family friendly hotel with a nice indoor pool and lounge on site. The self parking is the cheapest you will find in the downtown area hands down. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I was surprised by the amenities and comfort for the price as there were upscale hotels we have stayed in the area that didn’t compare. The atmosphere is your average hotel that has some history so don’t expect an upscale decor but one that does the job at a great price. A travelers dream with the good average night costs with a good view, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. What did I miss? It’s worth the stay and then some, we will be back.

Shower controls did not work. No cold water and couldn’t shut the water off. Had to call front desk, maintenance came eating something, he came in put his dirty tool bag on bathroom sink where we had things. He fixed the problem with channel locks, the fixture was “frozen”

Luckily had enough money to pay for the authorization fee and security deposit that they dont disclose when booking. Had to put up over $300 for a $100 room in a place that smelled like cat litter. The authorization/security costs were returned to me but id say its very misleading and sketchy how they go about their business.

Great place for family stay
Not an upscale hotel but well kept and attractive. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We got in late and were happy to know our hotel had private parking (with card entry only) and card required elevators, as well. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable and smelled freshly made. We chose a room with the water view which our son enjoyed immensely.
