1st night no heat, tried to call the lobby and the phone didn’t work. Strobe lights due to the light bulbs burning out. Maintenance came up and plugged in the wall unit to get heat none of the controls on it worked so fan blew continuously. 2nd night no room service. I won’t stay again

Don't stay here if you have pets or you're from Cali, $75 for a 15 pound dog. Jason, the front desk guy, was good with everything until he noticed my CA DL. Facilities say remodel, but all they did was paint over the crap and put in some new light fixtures.

The pillows were my favorite. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel layout is odd. The room we had was in a corner and the walls were concrete.
Checkin was a mess. Lobby coffee in the morning was in the lobby but no creamer. Just milk and sugar. As a whole, it served its purpose.

A central location to the areas I was traveling to. The only critique I would offer is the sheets seemed to be pilling a bit which made me think they could be upgraded. But otherwise, the room was good size, cleanly, and quiet.

First first floor room was very nice for walking the dog & I liked I could peak out the window to check my vehicle. Room & bathroom were clean with modern decor.
Didn't like that the advertised made to order breakfast omelet was no longer being offered. Offered instead was a breakfast buffet with basic scambled eggs, potatoes with peppers/onions, bacon & muffins or bagel. Meal was filling and the server was very pleasant.
All the staff I had encounters with were very nice and accommodating.

Didn’t feel safe
I’m not sure if it was my room location and the fact that I was traveling solo but I did not have a good experience. The walls are paper thin, the 2nd floor has a weird smell, you can hear anything and everything happening in the hallway, and people were chatting and smoking right outside my window until about 2 am. It felt like they were in my room with me with how loud it was and the strong smell of cigarettes. I’d also like to mention that it sounded like someone ran into my door/tried to open it a few times throughout the night. Maybe they were drunk or lost or something but that alone with the chatting and other noises kept me up the entire night.

We truly apologize for the experience you had staying with us. We are a non-smoking facility and we do have signs outside instructing possible smokers to only smoke more than 10 feet away from our buildings. I wish you could have alerted our front desk of the disturbance so that we could have addressed it immediately. I am glad to tell you that we have deep cleaned the 2nd floor as well as all our other floors to eliminate any foul smell. As a result, we have not encountered any issues concerning smell since your departure. We are not sure what the smell was, but it might of been something a guest might have spilled by accident. We ae not sure who might have disturbed your door during the night, but we are having more frequent security checks to make sure our facility is safe. FIRST DINNER TOOK OVER 2 HOURS ONLY ONE STAFF FOR OVER 50 PEOPLE. NEXT MEAL ONLY ONE PERSON FOR LARGE GROUP AT BREAKFAST ABOUT 40 PEOPLE SHE DID WONDERFUL JOB HER NAME WAS DESTINY. NEXT MORNING OPENED AT 6:25 WITH THREE LADIES WAITING onTABLES need more help
We chose Wilsonville as it is a quiet option outside of busy Portland and very close to the I-5 making it convenient on our travels heading to the coast. This was the only hotel on our trip that doesn't include breakfast and we missed that but there are loads of options in the area to eat at in Wilsonville. The exercise room was fabulous as well as the pool for swimming. There is no hot tub which I missed.
The website was confusing as we've never stayed at a Holiday Inn before, so ended up ordering the breakfast when we could have had it for free. While breakfast was good, we needed it to go as we were due somewhere and it took a long time to get it when we were the only ones who had placed an order. They also forgot toast for 1 order. Next trip we are staying elsewhere.
There was a musty smell once we enter the room, and a tooth floss lying on the bedroom floor that might have been overlooked by the cleaner. everything else was fine.
