Would stay again!Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Comfortable beds, air conditioning, pet friendly and good location.
Cons: Breakfast is lacking, but that's not really why we stayed there :P
Location: Quick trip to Portland from here, Japanese place next door looked good, but we didn't have time.
Easy access to Portland without the Portland price, good for puppies too, but no grass near by, but that's easy enough to get around. Overall an excellent stay. The breakfast isn't worth it, but if you just want a clean room with comfortable beds then this is your ticket.

Perfect locationPosted Aug 24, 2015
The hotel was right off the freeway which is very convenient. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the whole place had a cozy feel with character. It made us chuckle that their neon sign only had the letters "P-I-T" lit up. We affectionatly called it "the Pit" all weekend. Great stay!

Pros: There was a very clean hot tub room.
Cons: The bedspread had crayon or marker on it. The furniture was very worn.
Location: There is a Starbucks, McDonald, and grocery store nearby.
It was convenient to where I needed to be. The room was spacious.

Well operated hotel, had an enjoyable stay, clean and comfortable. Generous breakfast and friendly staff. Would be even better with a pool.

Staff very helpful.Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: Near good restaurants.
Cons: It lacked clear hi way signage to inform when to exit coming from south on I-5.
Location: Excellent authentic Japanese restaurant virtually next door.
Assisted in getting airline boarding pass. Desk clerk also gave written instructions to getting to airport. Breakfast was adequate and not just the minimum encountered at some venues.

Fine for the pricePosted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: Price compared to anything down town Portland.
Proximity to down town Portland is pretty decent, it was only a $16 Uber. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a little dated and probably needs upgrading, but it was clean and comfortable.

two flat pillows for a king size bedPosted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: people at front desk, clean bathroom
Cons: some energy into cleaning up the corridors and parking lots
Location: near freeway which was our need
back parking lot and entry like a dump. stairway doors propped open with dirty towels. The room was clean, and bathroom updated, but the dark and dumpy corridors and elevator waiting areas a bit worrisome.

Excellent Budget MotelPosted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Quiet area, bus stop close by with a direct bus to downtown Portland
Cons: They should add another waffle maker
Location: Direct bus to downtown Portland just steps away from property, a few restaurants again within walking distance of motel, quiet area.
I found my stay here to be very comfortable, the room was large compare to the newer hotels/motels. The staff was very knowledgeable, there is a bus stop a few steps away from the motel that take you to downtown Portland, the cost is 2.50 and the trip takes about 1/2 an hour, so very convenient. The area has a few restaurants around, it is also quiet. The only downside, there is no pool and they could use a second waffle maker, as it become a bit of a line-up to get to it. Overall I would say it is worth the price and I will stay here again.

Clean, quiet room, funky locationPosted Aug 1, 2015
While this hotel seems to have an international clientele (it felt like we could be in Bombay or Zimbabwe), the room was clean and quite comfy. There isn't much in the neighborhood as far as interesting attractions, great food, etc., But if you just need a nice, comfortable place to stay without a view, this is your place.
