Limpieza cada tercer día terrible !!!!!!
Terrible el aspecto de la limpieza y enterarte hasta que estás en la habitación que la limpieza la hacen cada tercer día. Ni toallas limpias te llevan, tienes que solicitarlas. Pésimo que no nos hayan avisado al hacer el check in y todavía al cuarto día nos preguntan si queríamos que nos hicieran la limpieza……

We apologize that this was not explained to you at check in. We do however still have certain policies that we have to adhere to due to the global pandemic. Yes, you do have to ask for fresh towels if you'd like them, we also would have happily come int your room and taken care of any cleaning issues, had you requested them. We thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We will work on ensuring all guests are made aware of our housekeeping schedules. We hope you enjoyed your complimentary upgrade during your stay :)

El hotel está bien, es agradable, la ubicación es buena para caminar. El estacionamiento es excesivamente caro y los productos en la habitación no tienen precio, por lo que no sabía si me cobrarían la botella de agua, al final tomé una y días después me llega un cobro por 5usd. Nunca nos especificaron que necesitábamos solicitar limpieza a la habitación, y hasta el tercer día la hicieron, solo porque unas camaristas nos informaron. No fue mala experiencia, pero no me hospedaría de nuevo ahí

This is an old building with beautiful interior architectural detail. The building was clean and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, decorated much like you would find in the 1950s. The beds are very plush and comfortable. The tea and coffee in our room were well stocked. We had a very nice stay overall. The only negative part of our stay was that we could hear the street noise down below up on the 7th floor.

Front desk failed to give WIFI password, then gave wrong password, failed to give free bottle of wine until asked, gave us keys that did not work. No maid service for a 2 night stay

Hotel DeLuxe is a lovely place. The staff is excellent and very attentive. I had a great experience there. It is in a bit of an odd area in that one must cross over the 405 freeway constantly to go anywhere, but other than that it is lovely and i enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is very old and rundown, it might have been DeLuxe 50 years ago… the photos you see online are heavily Photoshopped!! For the same amount of money there are much better hotels in downtown Portland because if you’re staying in this nasty town at least stay in a nice place, not this !

As you booked through a 3rd party you will first have to contact them as you prepaid through them. We unfortunately had some issues in the hotel caused by our recent weather, and we do not currently have the environment where we can house guests. For everyone's safety we have moved all our guests to different hotels. I apologize for the issues this has caused.

I enjoyed the staff tremendously. However overnight parking is a bittersweet deal. The reason being is that if you leave after 10pm, the gate is closed and you have to call the front desk to have them come over and open it. I had to wait 12 mins. The garage is barely a stones throw from the hotel. Lastly I was told the Bar is open until midnight. I try to walk in and I get told, we’re closed. It was exactly 1130 and more than 6 people were sitting down. Overall the hotel is beautiful.
