Pros: The fire place was a comfort in the lobby, nice restaurant next door and great conversations with the staff and they helped you with directions
Cons: I would like lower prices for return customers. I have to return to Portland 5 times this year.
Really Nice Hotel Great location for my purpose in Portland. The staff was suburb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A little pricey for me, But if I had the money I would return! Clean rooms and comfortable a little small for the bathrooms. A real heavy person would find them uncomfortable. Thanks D

Great location. Walking distance to good restaurants, center of downtown, and shopping. Only flaw was that they ran out of hot/warm water on Sunday evening. Not sure because of the weather but we had to wait at least an hour between showers.

Fun boutique hotel in the heart of Portland

Pros: The staff was very inviting and made us feel right at home. The room was surprisingly quiet and the temperature was very comfortable for us.
Cons: The room was small - barely enough space for 2 people to walk in. I'd remove the dresser for more space. Reminded me of a European hotel room
Location: Right in the middle of downtown. You can walk to Powell's bookstore, or to the retail shops in the other direction.
We had a very warm welcome from the men at the valet area and the reception desk. The decor of the lobby is fun and relaxing. We enjoyed a tasty cocktail and snack at the adjoining restaurant before heading out for the evening.

Older refurbished hotel with small rooms but comfortable. Beds are comfortable and you can request a pillow that suits your preferences. Staff is attentive and polite. Located is ideal as you are close to financial and shopping on one side and Pearl District on the other.

Walkable to all downtown shopping as well as the Pearl. The Imperial is an outstanding restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and fabulous cocktails. You could eat every meal there and never leave the hotel. If you do want to leave, there are tons of restaurants and an entire block of gourmet food trucks within blocks. Rooms are small but beautiful and functionall. Decor is a great mix of retro and funky industrial. We have stayed at nearly every hotel in downtown Portland; this is our new favorite.

Excellent service and accommodations. The restaurant that provides the room service has a variety of plates and the prices are good. The location of the hotel is in downtown so if you need to go anywhere it's walking distance.

Pros: Location
Cons: The room comfort and noisiness.
Location: Restaurants and shopping.
The hotel staff is good. The room is ok but small. The bathroom is VERY basic and all white hospital like. The room was so noisy that I got no sleep! Some kind of equipment noise like the HVAC system. There were numerous earplugs in the bedside table so this is apparently a huge problem!
