I didn't like it!

Maybe they have better rooms,but we paid more than 300$ per night and was nothing special. We didn't expect to pay another 82$ for 2 nights overnight parking!And on top of all of these charges ,we paid another 40$ because my daughter tried to call my cell in the last 5 min of hotel staying!!! We end up paying more than 800$ for 2 nights at this hotel.For me was first and last stay at this hotel!!! Portland has lots of hotels and rentals for a nice experience.

Regarding our parking fees, there are several packages on our website and with our partner websites that offer parking as an inclusion of the price. I'd recommend checking those out. Great hotel! Great location!

Pros: Great location. Fun atmosphere and décor.
Cons: We stayed in a King Suite which was wonderful, but the mattress definitely needs to be upgraded. At the very least rotated. It made for a long night
Location: Lot's of restaurants nearby and the Red Star Tavern is attached to the hotel and the food is great. Easy walking distance to shopping and Powell's.
We really enjoyed our recent stay at Hotel Monaco in Portland. We stayed in a King Suite which was wonderful, but the mattress definitely needs to be upgraded. At the very least rotated. It made for a long night of restless sleep. Other than that, we loved our stay at Hotel Monaco.

My recommendation is to always call our Guest Services team and see what we can do to make you comfortable or try a different room. Mattresses can be arbitrary in how they feel, so there may be a more comfortable alternative right around the corner. Thanks again and please come back soon.

New favorite hotel in Portland

First time at this hotel and I loved it! They upgraded me to a suite which was spacious. It had a pull-out couch and a nice table where I could work. Super friendly staff and I loved the lobby area. Lots of comfortable seating, so it was a good place to sit and work for a bit.

Downtown location, cool decor, knowledgeable staff

Really love the decor of this hotel, and our suite with 2 queen beds was a great size and very comfy for a family of 4. Josef gave great restaurant advice. Wine/beer hour is a pleasant bonus.
